Im going to break a cardinal rule of mine when writing a review. That is to never give a bad review based solely on one aspect of the overall product / service. Far too often reviews online are written based upon one thing (usually shipping), failing to provide a decent review of the actual product or service they purchased. In this case, however, I feel it is appropriate as I walked out of the door before having even been serviced. To provide some context to this situation, I recently purchased a home in the area and was looking for a nearby dry cleaner (my previous dry cleaner is located in Parker, CO). Upon entering the establishment, a lady of Asian descent with glasses and brunette hair came to front to receive my order. Not one word was uttered and so I smiled and said, "Hi! How much would it cost for six dress pants to be dry cleaned." The cost turned out to be roughly 18-19 bucks. "Excellent, I said." Next question: "When could you have them available?" At first she said Tuesday, which struck me as odd because Ive been dry cleaning my pants for a while now and was dropping them off Friday in the AM. Monday was the latest I was willing to accept, so I asked if there was any way I could pick them up Monday. She rolled her eyes and said, "Thats fine." I was a bit struck by the eye roll, but all the same said, "Okay, perfect! Let me go get them from my car." I went to the car, got the pants, and walked in. A gentlemen pulled up and followed me into the facility as well. We both go to the front desk, where the lady then proceeds to WALK PAST ME to service the other individual, who rightly pointed out that I was there first, although she already knew that because she saw me walk in and had just spoken to me. She shook her head and walked towards me, asking for my name. After giving her my name, she asked when I was going to pick them up. I said, "Can I pick them up at 6:30?" She shook her head again and said, "Yes." At this point, I was pretty much done. I thought about it and said, "You know, Ive changed my mind, Ill be taking my clothes. You were rude to me from the moment I entered the building, and I really didnt appreciate it." I then proceeded to drive 45 minutes to my normal cleaners out in Parker, where I was greeted by the smiling face of my long-time dry cleaner. I thanked her for that. My six pants will be ready Monday evening.

Had my clothing cleaned here three times. The first time my pants were shrunk. The 2nd time half my clothes were still dirty I explained that to the employee who rolled her eyes when I asked her to wash it again. She was going to charge me to re dry clean my dirty tie that came out dirty. The third experience and my last I picked up my clothes which still had stains on the cuffs. I would not recommend this business for your professional dry cleaning needs.

Weve used Summit Cleaners home delivery service for approximately five years now, and have found them to be terrific! Great customer service. I dont think theyve ever failed to pick-up or deliver when they say they will. Clothes are consistently done very well. And the staff is always kind. We plan on using Summit Cleaners indefinitely.

Friendly service; they always call me back to let me know they are picking up or dropping off and they do a fine job cleaning clothes. The pick up and drop off is very convenient and for the price, this service cant be beat.
