I have to refer Kims Cleaners to everyone. Located at 2293 S. Peoria right next to Qdoba. This evening I dropped off a few suits for cleaning and Mrs. Kims warm, loving personality found me right at home. I was so comfortable, in fact, I found myself peeling off my clothes in the front area as I showcased the crap job another cleaners in close proximity did on tailoring. Mrs. Kim matched the price to fix the job, a task that is basically creating a whole new suit. Wow! Mrs. Kim never promised perfection, but she did promise to give full effort-- which I respect even more. If my experience couldnt get any better Mrs. Kim offered husband finding services because a "beautiful, young girl like [me]" shouldnt be single, lol. Im surprised to discover Kims Cleaners has been in same location for 20 years and I only discovered them recently. Even if youre not in the area you have to experience Kims Cleaners.

IM a paramedic and I had them sew two patches on my work shirts. It took a week to put them on and they charged way too much. Then I get them back and they are on upside down! They refused to fix them without charging me again and it would take another week! APD AFD FAULK HSS and military do not use them!!

They destroyed a piece of clothing I left for tailoring. The owner was extremely rude, deceiving and unprofessional. Do not recommend this place.
