The worst!! You get exactly what you pay for here - actually less! I lost at least 4 garments there and they never give you full price back for what they destroyed... Not even replacement value.. I actually had clothes come back with spots that were not there when I first dropped them off!! I even had one pair of pants destroyed because someone else left a pen in their pocket... Oh, and then lets not forget the time when "someone else" picked up one of my husbands brand new shirts and we never saw it again... And I only gave them one star because Google wont let me give them "zero". And whenever they dont manage to get out the spots (which is all the time...) it would take twice as long for the "redo". Then the owner has the nerve to tell me that my clothes are the only ones this is happening to... No, I think the more accurate statement is that I was the only one "stupid enough" to keep coming back... Stay far far away... You actually end up losing money, not saving it, because of all the clothes they destroy... Id much rather pay the extra dollar than to ever go there again...

I recently dropped off a dress to be dry cleaned and upon pick-up noticed the dress is COMPLETELY a DIFFERENT color than it was originally. I left the dress with the associate so she could present it to the owner "Bill" to explain the damage. I never received a call so I proceeded to leave multiple messages at both locations and still never heard back from him. At one point an associate tried to say he called me but was unable to leave a voicemail because my mailbox is full. Which is completely an untrue statement, I had no missed calls and my mailbox is not full. Not to mention I had left multiple numbers for him to reach me at. Still have not heard from Bill!! At this point, I am appalled at the lack of sense of urgency Bill has to contact a disgruntle customer. This is the worst customer service I have dealt with in Castle Rock. Unfortunately, I am sure I will not be reimbursed for the dry cleaning nor my dress!

I have been a customer for 9 long years...when the previous young lady owned the place it was a good place...Now, forget about it....they lost two pairs of my slacks and gave me someone elses. I have been trying to get this resolved for 5 months and I just had Bill "owner" pretty much call me a dead beat and treated me like I just wanted something for nothing. The quality has always been a little below average but for the price I kept going back, now after being treated like this...DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING THERE. BILL IS RUINING WHAT WAS ONCE A OKAY BUSINESS. CONGRATS BILL.

Excellent service everytime! I get my clothes dry cleaned at least every two weeks and they always are perfectly clean, smell great and not to mention friendly great service. Im thankful they are in Castle Rock!! Super affordable prices!

I do not know how they wash/clean the clothes here, but they DO NOT come back smelling clean. I also had a poor alteration done her, and the owner was rude without apology for the job, and refused a refund.

By far the best price in town and the quality is great. Friendliest service I have experienced in town compared to the other cleaners. I recommend this dry cleaners to everyone.
