DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DRY CLEANER!!! Even though they advertise that they have been in business since 1984, the truth is that the business was recently sold and the new owners dont know what they are doing. THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR SERVICE. I recently had two very sentimental, lovely dresses completely ruined by them. In addition I had a coat and a shirt lost. I tried to work with the owner and his son and daughter-in-law (who now run the business) to no avail. These people were completely unwilling to offer any remedy. If you have any clothing that you value--dont trust European Cleaners!!

I was recently in Colorado Springs for a friends wedding. Upon unpacking for the long weekend, I found my bridesmaids dress was stained during my travels (got to love exploding toiletries during plane rides!). European Cleaners happened to be the closest dry cleaner, but they did not disappoint! They were so friendly and helped clean my dress by the next morning. I wish my local dry cleaner was as customer service oriented and quick as they are!

This service is constantly damaging my clothes. They take too long to clean clothes and have on occasion lost them. The owner refuses to take responsibility for the mistakes of his business and comes across very unprofessionally. I recommend finding a different cleaner.
