I am really disappointed. I had brought in my $212 Denimocracy Brand (coated wax pants). When I got them back, there was NO wax left on the pants. They were heavily faded also, basically destroyed. I gave them an opportunity to make the situation right by bringing it to their attention and gave them a few days to talk with the owner to see what could be done. They refused to take any responsibility and blamed it on the manufacturer. The directions inside the pants said dry-clean ONLY. I never once soaked them in water or cleaned them myself. I am very upset I spent this kind of money on a pair of pants to only pay a dry-cleaning service to DESTROY them! Grrrrr!!!!!!

I took a ski jacket to them after they were reccomended to me. The front of the jacket has a pleather type material. Upon taking home and taking it out to wear it, I discovered the material was warped and had a hole in it. I took it back hoping they would help resolve the problem. Tthe women working denied it was their fault and refused to do anything to solve the issue even with proof I had it cleaned there. My $300 coat is ruined. I will NOT be returning due to this terrible customer service.

I planned poorly to get some pants hemmed and they were so accommodating! They were able to measure and hem them in a day and didnt even charge me extra. I was more than willing to pay for the inconvenience that I caused. The pants were ready on time and the hem has stayed together wonderfully over the last 4-5 months even through a lot of heavy use and almost daily wear and a bunch of washes. Absolutely wonderful experience. I am planning on going back for more alterations!

I would not recommend. I took in a down comforter to be cleaned and it cost $30, which wasnt unreasonable. When I got home and laid it out on my bed it had been ripped and sewn poorly back together, as if they tried to cover it up. They did not mention this when I picked it up or offer a discount of any kind for ruining an expensive comforter.

Lovely people, cant seem to grasp the concept of "no crease" in my pants. You cant just iron out a crease. Ive verified several times the "no crease" instruction is in their system. Im in sales, selling into retail apparel brands. The people I deal with judge on appearances. Ive given them numerous chances. Done.

I brought in cushion covers from a couch we received as a gift. After we got it, we found that it had been stained very badly by dog waste and hair. I wasnt sure the covers would come clean, but they worked hard and got all the stains and smell out. They even rushed it for me! I am thrilled with their work.

A friendly woman is always there, they do a great job and its reasonably priced. Buy the green bag to get 15% off all services. I have also had zippers fixed and alterations made, they were great.
