I have taken clothes to this cleaner since they opened with very little problem until today. They ruined a $250 dress and then tried to blame the manufacturer. They also told my wife that they had insurance in case of damage which they do not. The owner hung up on my twice when trying to get a resolution and then told my wife in person they would discount the alterations by 50%. Not acceptable as you can imagine. I am extremely frustrated and will take the case to small claims court in order to get a resolution.

Excellent dry cleaners. Always courteous and professional. And the first cleaners to insist on helping me take a large number of shirts to my car so I wouldnt have to make multiple trips! I also needed to have a lamb-skin rug cleaned (bought the floor sample at ArHaus and it was dirty!). No other cleaners would touch it. They said no problem, and it came out perfectly clean like brand new.

The Cachet Cleaners at Southlands does a great job for an excellent price. Their turn around time isnt next day, but it is usually - only - 2 or 3 days later. My suits and shirts always look, smell and feel really nice.
