ZERO stars!!! Foxfield Cleaners is by far the worst dry cleaner store thats out there due to their horrible customer service and work as well! The owner of this place has no idea on how to do business nor providing quality services to their customers where last week I had a very expensive dress dry cleaned and after paying at pick up, I noticed it wasnt entirely clean. As a result, I just asked the simple question (not even complaining) if this was the cleanest this fabric could ever get where he then blew up at me. I let him know that I wasnt upset and was just inquiring for future reference and he continued to yell and said to not ever come back to his store, can you believe that!! I was in shock that a store owner would make this type of comment to their paying customer where for him to get all defensive and blow up like that was uncalled for as I didnt complain nor even asked for a refund. After researching dry cleaners nearby, there were other choices that charged far less where I ended up paying more than 3 times for this place hoping they would do a great job, however, Im totally regretting going here not only for their bad work (where I later discovered a hole in my dress after looking at it at home), but to get insulted as well. I usually dont go out of my way to write reviews where I fell for the 2 good reviews that I saw, but I felt obligated to let everyone know about my experience and to tell others to avoid this place as they are the worst.
