I had a bad experience with this dry cleaners. I dropped a suit off on a Thursday to be dry cleaned and asked for expedited service because I needed to wear it to a wedding the following Sunday and I knew this dry cleaners was closed on Sundays. The Korean gentleman (one of the owners) said no problem and instructed me to pick up the suit on Saturday after 4 pm (which is also printed on the receipt). I should mention that this business doesnt have their hours posted anywhere at the business nor online in their google profile and they dont have a website. I returned to pick up the suit at 4:15pm on Saturday and they were closed and they are closed on Sunday, so I was not able to get my suit and was therefore unable to wear it to the wedding and had to very quickly make other less suitable arrangements. When I went back today (Monday) to get the suit, I told the gentleman that I was an upset customer because he told me to pick up my suit at a time when they were closed. He doesnt speak fluent English, and just kept repeating: "Saturday close at 4" and "door lock at 4:10" . He didnt seem to understand that he told me to pick it up at a time when they were closed. And he refused to get someone else at the business who might speak better English to talk to me. He did discount the service from $10 to $5, but only after I told him I would not be paying full price for the service. He did not do it to attempt to satisfy an upset customer. He made no attempt at making amends or apologizing. He didnt even seem to understand why I was upset. So in light of that, I recommend to anyone in Colorado Springs: do not use this dry cleaners.

Ive been getting my clothes dry cleaned here for about 5 years, and I have always had the same experience as the other 5-star rating. Always friendly, she knows my name and my kids names, and will bend over backwards to make sure things are done right. The creases are always in the same spot, never any "extra" creases or wrinkles that youd find on a fairly regular basis at some of these other places, good prices, attention to detail, and a personable experience.

I have a duty uniform washed and starched. I enjoy a HEAVY starch, which this ones provides to a degree. However, the turn around time is around a week, which is far too long for only six (6) items. The store changed hours and closes earlier, without much notice for customers. Recently I have had to leave items behind to be finished, which makes for more errands.

Everytime I go in there, the owner is friendly and she knows my name without me having to provide a receipt. Ive used this dry cleaners for 6 years and never had a problem. She also sews my clothes too. I will not go to another place in town. Perhaps talking to her about your concerns would be better than trashing her online.

I just started using this dry cleaner about a year ago; my clothes were ready when promised, in excellent shape with a crisp professional press. I had some hem work done on a couple of pairs of pants and they came out exactly right and, again, on time. I will most definitely keep returning to this business.
