Dropped off two blankets from west elm that had pleats throughout, same blanket, just two different colors. When we picked up, one of them had all the pleats completely pressed out and the blanket was flat. Not the end of the world, but they got one of them right and I expect to get my goods back in the same or better condition than when I dropped them off. My wife took the 2 blankets to the store to show them, and the lady could not have been more rude. She laughed at my wife and informed here that "...theyre not magicians..." and refused to take any responsibility for their error. No apology, no refund, no replacement, just poor customer service. Will never drop off here again, and highly advise anyone else not to either. There are other dry cleaners in the neighborhood that have much better customer service and reliability, no need to waste your time here.

The reputation precedes this place. I walked in as a patron was leaving and he said "good luck" I needed a small alteration on a simple pair of shorts (32>29) receptionist said the alterator was not in & would not be dont with in a week. Park hill cleaners a couple miles away is much better. They had my garments altered within 48hrs. Cleaners has a particular type of work and Environmentally Friendly Cleaners does not meet par. One star for lack of customer service, desire to work & build a genuine business.

I was fired from going here because I asked for no-charge on a pair of work pants were pressed wrong. There was clearly a note that stated "crease" , but the incredibly rude woman giving them back told me that only applied to one of the two pairs. Never mind the two pair were identical but different colors :(

Took a shirt in to be starched and it was not. When I said it was not starched she said well it not my fault. We need the shirt the next day and they would not fix the problem. Be very careful at this dry cleaners!
