I had been a client of this business for seven plus years. Years back, before they implemented a video record of your drop off we had some clothes lost and were compensated for their disappearance. Then there was the time they put someone else clothes in mine and gave that person my cell number so they could contact me. But within the last six months we have had multiple times wear garments were damaged or lost. First, back in late December I had a pair of khakis that came back with dry cleaning fluid stains on them. When I returned to the store and spoke with the manager/ proprietor he suggested that their must have been something on the pants that caused the stain and went on to ask me if I had spit on my pants? Really? While I was incensed for a couple of days about the lack of customer service I had experienced I remained a loyal customer because of my long standing relationship. It was no more than two weeks later that my wife told me she was missing a black turtle neck. I called and spoke to one of the employees and she told me that there was zero probability that the turtle neck could have been lost at there location due to their video taping process and that she would review it and call me to know the outcome. No more than three hours later she called to let me know they had located the turtle neck and that I could pick it up at my convience. Zero probability... The last straw was when I picked up a load at the beginning of February and a recently purchased and tailored pair of pants I bought was missing. After requesting them to look for the pants and review the video multiple times and then dropping in to talk to the manager where he tried to write off my concerns based on their laundry process and told me he would review the tapes of the drop offs and call me back. Well, two weeks have past to no avail without even the customary call back from the manager.

I have gone here for years but I began having problems. I took my comforter in to have a small tear (about the size of a book page ear mark) fixed and it came back with stitching I am not sure how to explain other than to say it was nearly destroyed. After taking it back twice to have them fix it they finally made it look better and I decided to live with it (although it was not as it should have been). Then I took in a silk shirt.... it was a casual shirt but if they had looked at the label they would have noticed the material and they washed it rather than dry cleaned it. They dry cleaned it for me after I noticed it had been washed but it is not the same any more. I tried keeping my cool and the girl behind the counter decided to argue with me and I had enough. Both time there were other customers in the store with damaged clothes including a suit which they were trying to argue about... AVOID AVOID AVOID

I drop off there once and a while because I cant always keep up with ironing with 3 kids. I go drive all the way there only because it was drive through as it is hard to go in and out with little ones. Today I was told I could not drop off because I didnt have a bag. I said I would wait, that I couldnt bring in $40 in shirts and two baby carriers. Never told this before. She said no, very rudely. Seems angry or something. I just took my things else (cheaper and friendly) to clean since I have to walk in anyway. Customers shouldnt be approached with hate and attitude. What kind of business model is that???!!! There is no reason she couldnt take it through drive up like every time in the past two years. Just a hater. Check your employees, owner. I am done.

A friend of mine told me not to go here because they lost her dads cufflinks from his shirt. I decided to give them a try anyways. And I dropped off my class A police uniform that I wear to funerals and special events with the Honor Guard Team and they lost two buttons and two of the belt hooks. They were not things that were easy to get off in fact I had a really difficult time figuring out how they possibly could have come off during dry cleaning. I asked about them and they said that they lost them. Now I know for sure I will never go back to this place.

Worst customer service Ive ever had. I got a simple suit cleaned and pressed, they lost the special wooden hanger and zipper suit bag and just said sorry. I asked if they could help to solve the problem they caused, and they blatantly said no. I said if they dont do something to fix a simple problem, theyll lose my business. Their response: "thats ok." wow.

I picked up my dry cleaning and one of my dresses had an apparent burn mark on it, as if it was pressed too long. When I addressed the employee about it she looked up my name and then asked me “Have you complained before?” Who says that to a customer? I’m still waiting for the “manager” to get back to me on the “issue."

I took 12 ties in to get cleaned. Only 2 of them came back clean. This was after a second round of cleaning. This also happened with a suit. Took it in but they "said" they couldnt get the stein out. Take your money somewhere elses.

I wanted so badly to like this store. Its in my neighborhood etc. However theyve lost our clothes, burned zippers, and we keep going back because its convenient. Customer service is poor as well. I will look for another place.

Fast yes, but every time I have brought an item here Ive gotten in back in worse condition than I brought it in. Never again. Not to mention everyone Ive dealt with is very unfriendly.
