The only reason for 1 star is that it is a next day service. It gave me enough time to redo all my shirts. I dropped off 7 oxford button down shirts to be laundered and pressed. Everyone of them came back massively wrinkled with strange lines in them and a lot of fine black fuzz (as if a wool coat shed on it). Two of the shirts came back with stains on the sleeves and back. Luckily, I know how to remove stains. The next day (before I got the original 7 back), for comparison sake, I dropped off 4 brand new oxford button down shirts to be dry cleaned. They all came back wrinkled with the same black fuzz. Also, they put a small sticker barcode on the inside of your shirt. My guess is to keep track of your items when it gets mixed with other stuff. This is a case of you get what you pay for. In my case, I got to pay for my clothes to become worse than when I dropped them off and now I get to do all the work to fix them.

If I could, I would give it 0 stars!!! Hate it and now I know why!!! Walked in today (Saturday before Martin Luther Kings Birthday Reserved) and the employees response was whats wrong with so many people across America!! Employee: Your clothes will be ready on Monday at 4pm. Me: What time do you close Monday? Are your hours different for Monday? Employee: 7-7...Monday is not a holiday for us. Hmmm...disrespectful!!!!! Assuming she doesnt have enough tact or intelligence to find a better way to say what she said. Will never use these mediocre services EVER AGAIN!! And this is not about race, its about ignorance and respect!!!!

It was my first time in and they were done the next day! There was a little mishap with 1 item going to a different location. But they found it right away and had it the brought over by the next morning. Very nice lady to work with, would definitely recommend them.

Cowboy Tone

Never actually cleaned my clothes. On one occasion I went to pick up a pair of jet black jeans and it had cat hair all over them! I guess they let any "cats" clean clothes!
