I had used this establishment for many years for dry cleaning and sewing. If the sign of customer service is how they deal with problems then avoid this place at all costs. I took a new pair of pants to them to have hemed. When I picked them up, I did not look at the pants since I had grown to trust them. After looking at the pants, I noticed that they had burnt them when they pressed them. When I took the pants back to them and pointed out the problem, the thing I got out of them was "I did nothing wrong." AVOID; AVOID; or take pictures of everything that you drop off while it is on their sitting their counter. Because if there is ever an issue, unless the clothes you are dropping off are really expensive and worth suing over, the only satisfaction you will receive is writing a bad review. Therefore, off I go to buy a new pair of pants never to return to this establishment.

It is over 5 dollars a garment at this place. What a rip off!!!!!!!!!!! I am super upset. They also do NOT have their prices listed anywhere so you dont know how much it is till you pay when they are done! DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have cleaned and pressed my pants and shirts or suits for years. They are very pleasant people and have never provided anything but the best service. I would highly recommend this family owned business.
