I cant really even give these guys one star. I dropped off some soiled items for a friend, she was very ill with cancer. I offered to pay extra to have the items cleaned in a separate load. The girl said she would call her boss and let me know later that day. I NEVER got a call and by the time I went back for the items over a week later it was too late anyways. My friend passed away weeks after, but the total lack of service from this place was inexcusable. My phone # was on the bags up front for ALL to see during this time, but not a single call from anyone at the cleaners. I would never trust this business w/ my own belongings.

This place is grossly overpriced. My favorite dry cleaner (Fox) on Yosemite and Kimmer closed, and the other Park Meadows area dry cleaners are $5/piece, so I thought Id try a place by my work. I brought in 2 dress pants and 1 summer dress and the total was $35. Outrageous! I wish dry cleaners would post their prices on their websites. Im happy to pay a little more for environmental cleaning, but anything over $5/piece for average dry cleaning items is just unacceptable considering the market.

This place is now called Paradise Cleaners. $10 each to dry clean slacks??? I didnt even think to ask about pricing when I dropped my husbands clothes off, but wow do I wish I had. Who goes here?! I had a $70 bill for a couple pair of pants and one dress shirt.. And they claim to give you 20% off. Obscene. I will never be back here. I honestly cant even believe people bring their clothes here on a regular basis.

Really detest this place. Did a horrible job on a pair of my fiancée pants and had to go through a whole drawn out argument just to have them fix the problem. Turns out they used too much starch. 3 days later the pants were fixed but not without a long, drawn out ordeal that could have been handled much easier.

Unheard of pricing: $4/ shirt. $9/pants. No rush. Nothing special. And they didnt even do that good of a job (shirt still had wrinkles). Theyre trying to take advantage of their location and clienteles ignorance. Sorry dont have me fooled.

This is the most expensive cleaners I have EVER been to! They give you your ticket without telling you how much it will be, then they hit you with the total when you pick-up. DONT GO HERE!
