Update Printing is fantastic. Ive taken my printing needs to their doors for a few years now. My first time was for wedding invitations. Ive never had printing needs taken care of before, but now I always go back, and I moved to California years ago. Now Im a licensed electrician and do residential and distribution work for any who needs it, they hooked me up on a great price and quality as well as quantity of business cards. I also co-run a martial arts school here, and Update Printing does all of our flyers from in house events to community demonstrations. Even if my family and I move over seas, Update Printing will always have my business. On a side note…. I think the last review is biased and possibly a conflict of interest. I met the Alex she speaks of and I cannot disagree more with what she claims. I remember when that young man started work there, a better professional I could not imagine. If you ask me this chick got rejected when she attempted to hit on him. Her review should not be taken seriously.

AWFUL! You know whats nice? Being told by Alex that he is "too busy" to speak with me over the phone about a project that I had emailed him about a week ago and heard nothing back about. After telling him that it was fine and Ill simply go elsewhere and hang up, he decides to leave me a menacing voicemail! Professionalism at its finest. I call him back a dozen times only to be met with being hung up on myself. Finally, he answers and proceeds to tell me what a rude person I am and leaves me IN TEARS. I have NEVER been verbally assaulted the way this man has done. Once I start crying, he proceeds to tell me that I am emotionally unstable and that he does not want my business and if I ever come to his store, he will call the cops on me. I am absolutely blown away by the fact that ANYONE can be so callous and mean. Much less, a local business owner.
