I wish they had explained to me beforehand that an image in a file may appear darker or lighter than it does on my monitor. I had to pay to reprint my books because they came out too dark. They gave me half off of the second print, but honestly, if they had explained something like this to me beforehand that I as a customer rather than professional printer would not necessarily know, I would have paid the right price instead of having to pay 50% extra to get what I expected.

Just not someone I would like to do business with in an ongoing relationship. They were fine until an issue arised and the teeth and claws came out. Clearly margin for them rules and trumps customer service. If I were you- think twice. It is hard to rate someone like this but I thought it the right thing to do.
