This store is big and kind of barny. Its hard for these stores to compete with Amazon but with excellent customer service they could do it. They do have an excellent stock of ink cartridges and a lot of things for club or school projects. This is. It a place to buy a computer or laptop and they dont try to be. Go to Best Buy for that! I visit this stor every month to have our club newsletter printed. Currently the print shop personnel is pretty good. They have a dedicated manager who know the business and that is a big change and a big help. Printing in this store is busy and they have historically had the worst people working there. Dull, uncaring and lacking training. This seems to have changed. They now have a copier outside the center where you can make your own copies. Another big help. Basically, this store is middle of the road. You have the feeling nobody wants to be there, customers or employees, but what can you do.

Ive been coming to this store for 4 years, and have seen a drop in service. Today was the worst ever, I waited in line for a register to open so I can purchase ink for my printer. Two customers were a head of me, none was behind me, both were at the cashier being checked out. When a cashier was available, The available cashier just went to chat with the other cashier. Mind you about 5 minutes had lapsed, but I waited for another 2 minutes before I decided to leave. The woman cashier told the other cashier if he was going to help me. He just stood there like an idiot. I left cause I dont want to waste any more of my time and told them that Ill just have to take my business to Staples even though its 2 miles farther.

I stopped in to have some documents scanned. There were some complications with my USB drive but the associate would not give up. I finally purchased a new USB drive and we finished up. I was so impressed with the help that I received that I stopped at the front counter and asked for the manager. The assistant manager Randi came up to the front counter. I had no idea that this was the same person that was diligently assisting me in the copy center. She went well above and beyond any expectation that I had. Thank you!

I would give this place 5 stars but they look run down like the 90s, however the print manager Kyle has done amazing work on my print jobs and has gotten them done faster than the other print shops that seem to have more employees working. I appreciate his hard work an attention to detail and will be returning to his print center over the others despite town center is closer to me.

I just called today and asked about their return policy, and once they found out it had been over 14 days since I purchased their Office Depot brand ink, the person on the phone just hung up on me and said "have a nice day"! I would have thought they would help me find another way to solve my problem, but I guess not!

I loved this place because I was greeted in the most friendliest manner. Very helpful and had no problem making this one of the best "office supply buying" trips Ive ever had. Thanks boys. I highly recommend this particular store.

I was disappointed in this store. It is much smaller than the one I usually go to in Castle Rock. The people were helpful, but the prices seemed higher and the selection and services just arent up to what Ive come to expect.

Ran in for a office chair. The store has a wide selection and plenty in stock - and good sales at the time. Randi the sales associate was very helpful, and made my trip quick and easy. Cant ask for much else!
