Fast and precise, professional and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with passion, pride, and a good attitude -- SkyHi Locksmith has all these qualities and more which is why Benny (the owner) deserves every single one of the 5 stars Im so happy to give him. Im a little traditional in the sense that I want to know the people Im doing business with. If Im handing my money to you I want to know Im supporting someone who deserves to be supported. I could tell right off the bat I liked Benny and after he cut the replacement keys I needed for my vehicle he was happy to answer the questions I had about how he had gotten into the trade, and that led us to having a solid conversation where I felt I had made the right decision. All in all, Benny is a businessman and SkyHi Locksmith is Benny. He runs his business in the best way, meaning, he wont devalue his work or accept less than what hes worth because he refuses to do anything less than his best or to leave his customer with work that is anything less than what the customer wants.

Was in town on business and had the unfortunate experience of locking myself out of my car. I scanned around on google and chose this company based on their reviews. I called and he said he would be to me in 15-20 minutes. 1 hour later i called again! i had my two kids with me and i was in a hurry obviously. Still another half hour goes by and this guy is a no show. So I canceled which he seemed very upset by after making me wait over 1 1/2 hours! I called Henleys and hey showed in under 30 minutes. They told me this company has a very sordid past and recently changed their name do to the owner being a convicted felon of some sort. Very happy i didnt give him access to my vehicle. This happened back in August and I kinda forgot about the experience until i looked at my bank statements for tax reasons. My suggestion...call someone else...anyone else.

Buyer Beware-Very Poor Customer Service. Benny is knowledgeable and efficient at his craft however his customer service is extremely lacking. I bought a dead bolt lock from him (which was extremely expensive); he tried to convince me that his locks were better quality than Home Depots after factory locks. He keyed the dead bolt to my existing key. When I tried other keys that matched my existing key they didnt work. I contacted him and he told me my other keys were keyed wrong (however they worked fine prior to the new lock). For the price and the hassles I would have been better off and experienced less stress by buying a Home Depot dead bolt and installing it myself. [For the record my Home Depot lock lasted 20+years and Bennys locks are only warrantied for 5.]

GET AN ESTIMATE BEFORE USE GUY. He told me "let me come out and see what youve got" and then charged us $350.00 for 2 basic keys, Not computerized! $150.00 was just for the "Service Call" and then $100.00 for each key. Called 10 other locksmiths later to compare and we were quoted $100.00 to $135.00 for the same keys and service call all included. And on the response to all his reviews he also includes some kind of plug for some gym program, Really? Never use Benny or his company he is a scam artist.

Stellar Service from SkyHi LockSmith. I needed my locks rekeyed in a hurry, and Benny Medina was there . A few other services I called before only had appointments two days out. Mr. Medina answered my call immediately and was at my house in a half an hour. He was fast , professional, and even fixed some hardware that was not part of the job. Plus his price was fantastic. I am not usually the type to write reviews, but I was so impressed with SkyHi LockSmith, I wanted to share my experience.

First, let me mention that we were referred by the Colorado Springs Police Department at the airport. IF THEY trust him, so should you! Benny saved our day! He was there within a few short minutes! He unlocked our car and had us on our way within minutes! His fee was VERY reasonable! Especially being as it was Friday night, after hours! We had a quick conversation about security cameras and Ill be switching to him because he really knows his profession. Thank you so much Benny!

I just bought a used vehicle and realized that the glove box lock was missing. I bought a used one but the key didnt come with it. Lucky I found him and he was able to use my original trunk/door/t-top key to change the locking mechanism on the glove box lock to fit what I already have. He took his time off during the weekend and I received it back the same day. Hes a great guy whos fair and knowledgeable with his craft, I highly recommend him for any issues that you may have!

Benny was the consummate professional. He arrived at the promised time, and completed the job within a few hours. He quickly provided recommendations and completed the task as promised. After realizing that he didnt have the appropriate part on his repair van, he returned the following day, (AT NO CHARGE) to complete the assignment. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for HONEST, DEPENDABLE, and PROFESSIONAL service.

I recently bought a used VW Beetle, it only came with one key. No matter which suggestion I tried I could not the the key to turn in the ignition. I called Benny and he came right out to help. He arrived as promised within a half hour. He got the ignition started quickly, and was super nice and professional. Great service! Looking forward to getting my new key in a few days, as it is a special order and has to be programmed.

Had locked myself out of my car a few weeks ago and called skyhi, they came out in 15 min. Quoted me a certain price but i was $5 short, but they still took care of me. Great business! Recently locked myself out again in a different city, and the service completely sucked, waited over an hour and they wanted to charge $90 after quoting me $60 over the phone. Made me wish skyhi was out here
