called this place made an apt for someone to come out to my house on mon @ 5pm gave the lady my address an my dads name cause he was gonna be the 1 there, my dad shows up to my house 10 min before 5pm calls be back around 5:10 informing me no1 has arrived I give the lady a call back she tells me someone was at my house and they waited for 15 min an no1 answered the door, thats impossible my dad was there 10 min before 5 and is still sitting there she was super rude blamed me cause I didnt give her my # but yet she is the 1 answer the phone to this business an taking an making apt so I gave her the info she asked me for not 1 did she ask me for my phone #, I thought she was being very unprofessional she send someone way before 5 to my house when I specifically ask for 5pm for a reason, I asked if I could talk to someone else to report her cause she was not right for this well she hung up on me just straight up rude!!!!!!!!!!!! the next day my dad set an apt they arrived on time the gentleman was super nice did a great job we didnt ask for a discount even after being treated very rudely by this lady.

These guys freakin rock!! I called and talked to Anthony and told him I needed a key made for my car. He gave me a great price and said he can be there within the hour. He even offered to make the key on the spot so when he got to my house all he had to do was program the key and it would be all set! Not even 45 minutes later Anthony and his tech showed up and said give me about twenty minutes and well be done. Sure enough 20 minutes later he handed me the key. The best customer service youll find in this city. If you need a locksmith ASAP with a low price, call Anthony at Okey Locksmith and they get you fixed up quick. GREAT JOB!!

A Friendly Guy

Someone tried to slimjim my car and broke my door lock on my 09 Dodge Charger. So I had my keys but couldnt unlock the car. I googled Norman Locksmiths and these guys came up even though they were in OKC. (I didnt realize it at the time). They drove all the way out to my apartment and unlocked my car for only $65 and made me a new Key Fob for $145 when everywhere else I called was $80-85 to unlock my car and $200+ for a new fob and those places were in Norman! Thank you Okey Locksmith for all the help and being so convenient.

These guys rock. They cut and programmed some new keys for my wifes pony and I couldnt be happier. One of the keys that they cut for me was an aftermarket key that had the F.O.B. and key as one unit. They could not guaranty that it would work, because it was not an item that they sold there, but they cut it for me. They are also a hell of a lot cheaper then a dealership for cutting chip-keys for you car.

Terrible experience, they claim to be professionals, they made a mistake in my car that cost approximately $ 500 and their excuse was that the problem was my car, which was false since a real locksmith came to solve the problem that (okey locksmith) They caused, I do not recommend them will have good prices but with them confirmed that the cheap goes expensive.

I was really happy with the service i locked my keys in my car around 5:00pm didnt have a spare ever made they were there around 5:15pm they were fast and professional i liked the service so much i had a spare made that same day even though that wasnt what i had scheduled . didnt give me any issues about having to do it on short notice. Couldnt get keys made after coming here. I had limited time and the hours in Google said it was open 24 Hours everyday. If you come here then be sure its between Mon-Fri 10am to 6pm or Sat 10am to 3pm
