I own a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan that only came with one key when we bought it from the dealership last week. Somehow I managed to loose it. I turned my house upside down looking for it and it was nowhere to be found. I first called 2 dealerships in Colorado Springs to see how much it would cost to have a key programed. I was informed by both places that I would first have to have my vehicle towed to their location. Something the insurance I have right now does not cover. Then the least expensive place would have cost me $250.00+. The other place, $324.00!!! I called a couple other locksmiths that would come to my house (located between Falcon and Peyton). The Service Call alone was going to be $60.00+ the Key and Programing were $175.00. SO MUCH FRUSTRATION....that is until I called Magic Key! Yaron was super professional!!! From the initial phone call until he left my house I felt comfortable and confident in my decicion to have him help us out. Final Cost?! $175.00 out the door!!! AND it was a mobile service!!! Breakdown: Service Call to my house was only $15.00, Key Coding (which he GAVE ME written on the paper) $25.00, and the Key & Programing $135.00. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family...and really anyone I know needing a locksmith. No matter where you live on the eastern slope, this is the place to call! I know I will call ANYTIME I need lockout service again.

Filled out their online contact form. After a week no one got back to me. I called them and was told a locksmith near me would call to set up an appointment. The locksmith called and said he would call back at 5 because he had other jobs (which is understandable). He never called back so I tried calling him. After a week still no call back. So after 2 weeks I still dont have an appointment to fix my locks. How is this company still in business if they wont even return calls? Totally unacceptable business practice! Went with another company and got locks done in 20 min. I would not recommend this company to anyone. All these 5 star reviews must be fake. I know the owners response below says it never happened and that I am from another locksmith company writing a bad review. But I AM a real customer and it DID happen. If I was another locksmith company writing this review I would have listed our company name and draw customers to our locksmith company. But as you can see I intentionally did not mention the locksmith I ended up using because I didnt want people to think this was a fake review. Its sad that the owner is lying about it not happening just to save face.

Called them yesterday. Was told that they could come out and make a key for my Toyota Avalon. They were late so i called them. The guy told me that i spoke to the wrong person and they couldnt do it for the price quoted. After trying to understand the accent, i found that the price suddenly went up from $100.00 to $250.00. That is absurd. Beware of the people at Magic Keys in Colorado Springs. I wasted a day of work to be here. They not only didnt call me to gouge me, They more than doubled the price. As for his saying that other locksmiths are targeting his business because of his prices..that is the response of a poor business man. and the ratings of 5 stars.. that was for (apparently) the last owners. The last guy was Ron. How did another worker at his business qoute me the wrong price when., in his own words, he is a one man company. VERY SHADY, VERY VERY SHADY.

I am extremely impressed with Magic Key Locksmith. I have a car key fob and was told by multiple locksmiths that I need to go to the dealership to get a new one as my car, the spare key, and the new key all need to be reprogrammed together at the same time. When I called the dealership the cost to do this was outrageous. I was determined to find another way. As I expressed my frustration to a friend another one of magic keys happy clients overheard and referred me to them. Yaron came out and was able to do what the other companies couldnt. He was super fast and did an awesome job! I would definitely use them again and refer to all I know. Thank you magic key!!

So, Im a dumb*** and lost my keys somewhere in colorado springs. Not too big of a deal, except for the fact that Im an idiot and had my dogs old tag on my keychain... yea, with my phone number and address on it... yea, Im stupid lol. Anyway, spent the good part of the day driving around to where I was yesterday seeing Id MAYBE someone turned them in. Nope. Get back home and do a quick google search of locksmiths who are open on Sundays and BING! this guy shows up. We give him a call and BAM hes here in an hour to cut 2 new keys and reprogram them so the old one doesnt work anymore. Ill recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat.

Had "Ron" I believe Yaron, over to my place today. The facts: -Sent an email request for service via their site on a Saturday -Was in contact within a couple hours -Was at my place about an hour after that -Was supposed to cost the price of making a new key for my highlander doors -Turned out the lock was just messed up so he made me a new key anyway, fixed the tumbler as well -Charged me only for the tumbler fix which was less Ron is awesome. Im sure the rest of the folks are as well. P.S. Screw that "Ad Words" review below. 32 of 33 people think otherwise, unanimously. *Mic drop.

I called Magic Key Locksmiths after calling 5 other 24/7 locksmiths in town. The other places that I called told me that they would not be able to come out until the following day. I had lost the only key for my vehicle and unfortunately the next day would not work for me. Yaron was at my vehicle within 20 minutes! He was very polite and charged me $125 to make and program a new key for me. Other companies that I called ranged from $145 to $265. I will definitely recommend his company to anyone that needs a new key for their vehicle!! Thank you very much!!!

Yaron was very professional and polite, and I doubt his service and quality could be beat. He replaced three locks on my new home (not to mention, he arrived twenty minutes after I made the phone call!) and not only do they not stick anymore but he was in and out within 30 minutes. Prices were very reasonable. And, I stupidly forgot a fourth door in the house and he was back the next day in the morning to change the lock (and did not charge me another "service fee"). I would very highly recommend Magic Key to anyone looking to re-key a new home.

Definitely five stars. I lost the only key to my car. After calling several places and getting quotes around $185+, I found Magic Key. Yaron answered and quoted me $110. He was at my house in less than 20 minutes. It was storming outside, and he didnt want me out in the rain, instead of having me come out, he came inside to me. He worked diligently in the rain and lighting to get into my car, and programmed two car keys for me for an extremely reasonable price. Another plus, he was very pleasant and funny!
