Chauvinistic pigs that make fun of the very clientel that keep them in business. Had to use them because of an emergency, but would never recommend anyone give them a penny for their services. There are companies that actually appreciate their business/customers and are sympethetic with their needs. Not this company, they decide to make fun of the customers that pay their bills. There are a ton of lockout services, do not give this company a glance. Their payment policy is a joke as well! Following them to an ATM? Are you kidding? In this day and age you can take credit cards on your phone, let alone getting payment information before they head out! To the previous poster that dealt with a price change and was happy about it, well, Im sorry, the ethics in this company are not pronounced enough for me to believe you misunderstood the price they said. He didnt do you a favor, he overcharged you. If you want to deal with a company that makes fun of their clients, along with derogitory comments, by all means, give this company a call. If you want professional, no hassle service, call someone else.

Greeley Lock & Key literally put a face to a name with in shop service. In a world of internet and cell phones they are the only full scale shop around. I was surprised to find the selection of services they offered. Home security, automotive, smart keys, remote keyless entry, safes, repair, re-key, in store merchandise, and more. But most of all in my book was the quality and service provided. I was able to get new door hardware for my house that was set to a new key, get a second smart key for my car and a remote car fob they programmed, a trailer lock, a new set of keys for my four wheeler (without having a key because I lost them), and some good advice on my future needs. They saved me money in the end because the cost to have the smart key for my car and new set of keys for my four wheeler from a dealer was outrageous. I was also able to get a higher quality and level of security for my house than we hat the big box stores sell like Lowes and Home depot. Thanks for all of your help Greeley Lock!

Need a safe moved? Well I did, and Derek and his crew did an outstanding job. Professional, competent, & efficient, it doesnt get any better than this!! Had I simply used the company that was recommended to me and not checked with Greeley Lock & Key I would have made a HUGE mistake. The other company said a covered entry must removed and a portion of the homes landscaping would have been destroyed in order to remove my safe from the basement of an old home. Fortunately neither of these things happened because Greeley Lock & Key KNOWS their business and worked their tails off to insure it was done with the utmost care & precision. Did I mention cost? Considerably less than the company recommended to me, even including the bonus I feel these guys earned. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

I work for a large commercial general contractor. We have been using Greeley Lock & Key for our construction site needs for years. They sell a large selection of locks: brands, shaft lengths, and sizes. Their key selection is huge! They have keyed our locks within an hour and they are very helpful every time I visit. They also quickly produce copies of keys. I recommend Greeley Lock & Key and I will definitely be coming back. Eddie has always treated us very nicely and he will take care of your lock and key needs. On another note, I have been locked out of my apartment last November and I have used their 24 hour locksmith service. They were very prompt and arrived within 15 minutes. I panicked when my safe of 13 years would all of a sudden not open. One call to Greeley Lock and Key and they got on top of my situation. They determined the manufacturer and got the necessary documents to drill my safe open. They did a professional job. They put a new and better locking mechanism on the door. They returned to our house and installed the door and demonstrated how to install a combination. Derrick and Eddie gave us their personal attention. In a time of need these men are the ones to call. A little over 3 years ago I was having major issues with the security feature in my Saturn. I thought it had something to do with the key and the ignition, and it did, but it wasnt even close to what I was thinking. These guys gave me awesome advice and I would never have figured it out if it wasnt for their help. They looked things up for me and figured it out for me, and I believe it was just because they are really great people. I appreciated that a lot and I wont ever forget it. If I ever need any keys made or if I need to get into my house or anything of that nature you can bet your ass Im going to go to Greeley lock and key.

We have used Greeley Lock and Key on several occasions and have always been pleased. Most recently we had run into a huge issue with our older model Saturn Vue. Our keys would not work in the ignition or get stuck in the ignition. It became a huge problem and left us stranded several times. With Saturn dealerships no longer in existence, we decided to see if Greeley Lock and Key could help. We were thrilled when they were able provide us with a new set of keys that work amazingly. On a business trip, my keys, phone and purse got locked in my rental vehicle. I was late for a meeting and more than a little stressed. A Greeley local said that this company was the perfect place to call, and he was right! Within 20 minutes my car was unlocked, my keys were in hand, and I was headed to my meeting (which I got to in time!). Even though I had to deal with some momentary panic, I think my day ended up being better because the man who unlocked my car was so optimistic and calm. His attitude set the stage for my good day. I definitely recommend this company.

Whats wrong I have use this company many times I locked my keys in my car saturday Jan 12th and called to get someone to come unlock my car. I must of woke this person up at 10 am said he would be right out with in the hour and never showed up 2 hours later I finally called someone else. I mean really 85.00 was high for a car lock out when I have never paid over 65 for the weekend or nights. And never have I ever not had someone show up. Jason what happened to you I wont deal with this company anymore,
