My daughter went in to see if they could help her with an ignition key for her car, and they were willing to do all they could to help. Treated her very nice and with respect.when I need a key or lock I will go to them first.

Had a key that I had to make a copy of... I went to two other locksmiths in town and they didnt have the correct key, one even sold me a bad copy. J & J had the right key and i was in and out within minutes.
