I was in need of a tow. A hot July day for sure. Midway Wrecker was very responsive. John at the office was very professional l, diligently checking on me to make sure I knew they were coming ASAP. He also checked on me through the process. I was met by Andy ONLY 10 MINUTES after my call!!!! He was very friendly with a warming smile and reassuring attitude. He went the extra mile as to give some mechanics advise on the issue at hand. I highly recommend Midway because they get the job done efficiently, and with fantastic customer service!

I lost my car key on a recent visit to San Antonio. My car is lowered and AWD, so towing it can be a huge pain. Midway showed up promptly and on time. The driver called when he was 10 minutes out and showed up when he said he would. I have never seen a tow truck operator spend more time and care loading up a car than I saw that day from Midway. Same thing unloading the car at the dealership. Not a scratch. I was amazed at the level of skill and passion that Midway displayed. Just amazing! Best tow ever.

Excellent service. My Volvo would not start (faulty ignition switch) after getting fuel at an Exxon station. I called the Volvo 800 number and they sent Midway. Our original plan was tow from Kerrville to San Antonio (Volvo dealer), but the driver suggested that he and his boss could get the Volvo started. They patiently worked on it for a couple hours and eventually were able to bypass the faulty part, so we were able to drive home. Chris and Anthony were courteous and knew what they were doing. Recommended!

Great service and great people. My car broke down on the side of the road in the middle of the night and this was the only towing service that was open and able to come get me. They were very helpful and friendly and towed my car to a great car shop, they only charged me an outbound and hookup fee so the tow was relatively inexpensive and they also gave me a ride to a nearby hotel for free.

Put gas in my Diesel RV. Emory and Carla were able to assist me before any damage was done. After a couple of hours we were on our way at 2 AM on Monday morning. Service was so fast and much more reasonable than a towing service charged several months ago.

The company phoned to be sure of the location, when the roadside assistance co. gave an odd address. Emroy did a very good job starting our motorhome and gave some good advice too. And it was a Sunday too.
