Unfortunately, the last week of December my grandfather had a stroke and we lost him. His wife just recently passed away. I had to travel from Vegas to Philly to assist with his assets. Being that I live out of state and will be unable to go through all of his belongings and not knowing who may have access to the residence that will now be vacant until I get things sorted out, I decided that the best and most secure way to keep their items from disappearing would be to have all the locks re-keyed. I found this local company online and noticed that it states on their website that they have a 15 minute response time. Being that I had a lot to deal with, I wanted to get the locks done as quickly as possible. I gave it a shot. Called them up. To my surprise, they arrived in less than 15 minutes from when I called to give them my address. The locksmith was very professional. Completed his work without any interruption to my hectic situation. I will rest more comfortably knowing that the locks have been redone. I witnessed his service and was completely satisfied with the service I received.... Even more satisfied with the final cost. Thank you for your prompt service and professionalism. If ever anyone in the South Philadelphia is in need of help with any locking mechanism, I wouldnt recommend to call anyone else but South Philadelphia Locksmith. I recently moved into a new construction home in Graduate Hospital. The day we moved in, I realized that several different contractors in the city had keys to our place as they had all done work there over the past several months. After a brief panic, I started calling through a list of locksmiths. Most would not give me an approximate estimate over the phone or an appointment anytime soon. Also, quite honestly, most of them just sounded really shady over the phone. South Philadelphia Locksmith gave me their best honest guestimate, and made me feel comfortable about having them come down to see what the situation was. They arrived at the appointed time that same day, gave me all of my options, and an incredibly fair price. They did the work VERY quickly, and gave me four new sets of keys to the locks. Additionally, they guarantee all of their work and I know if I have any problems with the locks down the road, they will be right there! I have suggested them to all my neighbors. They were GREAT!

Mike from South Philadelphia Locksmith was awesome! Came promptly, made me feel comfortable, was super quick with opening the lock when I was locked out of my office. I had first called Americas Best Locksmith, they sent out a man who identified himself as Eddie with Be Safe Locksmith, and he wanted all my info - license and credit card, and also pay $150, before he had even done anything! He made me feel very uncomfortable. When I asked him to show me something for identification before I paid him, he said he was going to grab his business card and would be right back, yet he never came back! I wasted nearly 3 hours because of Eddie from Be Safe Locksmith.. Mike was wonderful in comparison!!

South Philadelphia Locksmith used a crowbar to open my door, and cracked the door jamb. The locksmith then proceeded to leave my front door open when he went to his car and let my dog run out into traffic. They would not return my phone calls for compensation for the damage to the door jamb, and finally I spoke with Ben who told me he would compensate me and asked for pictures. I sent pictures, several follow up emails and calls, and when I finally spoke to Ben again, he told me they did not crack the door jamb, even though I have a voicemail of the locksmith apologizing for doing so. This business is unscrupulous. Do not patronize this irresponsible and dishonest business.

Leaving for work my front door wouldnt lock. I called South Philadelphia locksmith and they said they would have someone out there in about 30 mins. A couple minutes after I called them I received a call from Mike confirming the address. He told me he was just finishing up a job and would be heading to my house next. About 25 minutes after that Mike called back and said he was out front. He was very friendly and professional. Made a quick adjustment on my door and it was good to go. I would highly recommend their service to anyone that needs and expedited job done. They are very reasonably priced and provide quick, efficient service.

South Philadelphia locksmith saved our night! I just wanted to take a minute to thank Eugene who came out to our apartment after we locked ourselves out. He was very knowledgable, polite, professional and even came 20mins earlier than what was scheduled! He explained how the lock needed to be drilled out due to the special kind of deadbolt lock it was. Despite being a tough lock, he was able to get us in quickly. South Philadelphia will ALWAYS have my business whenever a situation like this happened again. Thank you again Eugene for your great work and kindness during our difficult time.

We had a great experience with Anthony. He arrived promptly and rekeyed my apartment in less than an hour. The previous top lock was a little difficult to get the key into and he fixed that and provided us with three new keys. Although the cost that was quoted over the telephone was much less than the final price, we are happy with the service. The jimmy lock was $80 and the other two were less. Be specific about which kind of lock you have when you call if you would like a more specific cost estimate. Thank you South Philadelphia locksmith.

Got home to someone broke their key in my door. My crated dog was barking and my cat are crying at the door. I called this company and They dispatched one of their guys to come out right. He was there is 20 mins., go the door open right away and was done the job in no more than 30 mins. even being able to make a lock where I could use the same key as I had for the old lock. The guy was nice and understood of my situation with my animals being upset. Gave me a great service for a good price.

Terrific! Excellent! Affordable! If you need a good locksmith call these guys. After calling locksmiths for two days and one quoting me over $500 I found South Philly Locksmith. I phoned and Mike called me back in 5 minutes and wanted to meet at property in half hour. In about 20 minutes and $120 later my lock was repaired. Mike was professionally, courteous and honest. I would like to thank Eric & South Philadelphia Locksmith for the great help getting me back into my apartment, 3 weeks ago I accidently lock my keys in my apartment and I look up Philadelphia Locksmith and found South Philadelphia Locksmith service, when I saw they were 24/7 I was beyond happy, however Eric came within Half an hr and get me into my apt. He was very friendly, prompt and fast. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
