Maintenance guy for my apartment lost the spare key so he borrowed it to make a copy, leaving it at the office. It was a very busy day for me so of course I forgot to pick it up and didnt even realize it until I got home at 10pm. After looking for a hotel room for the night the thought came across my mind to try a locksmith to get me in so I can sleep in my own comfortable bed... I found Anytime Unlock and called them up. Guy answered the phone and said hed have somebody out soon. They got here within 30 minutes and had me inside in no time at all. The bill was only $30... waaay less than I was planning on spending on a hotel. I own a repair service company and I honestly think they should charge more, especially for after hours service like that. TL:DR - Got locked out of my apartment late at night, called Anytime Unlock, and was in my apartment within 35 minutes for only $30. Great service and quick!

I called after midnight (3/9/16) so I get it that whoever picks up the phone might not be super friendly BUT you advertise that your a 24/7 company so I expected that meant someone would be available. The man that answered the phone extremely rude. pretty sure he said his name was Justin. He actually laughed at me when I asked if he knew how long it would take. I know he didnt know my situation but I was trying to get my child to ER because of a high fever and in a panic locked my keys in my car. Thank goodness it was nothing life threatening. In the time I sat waiting, I called anytime un-lock back, I got no answer, so I called another company. They were there and in my car quickly AND THEY WERE NICE but your person still never showed up or even bothered to call me back. One bad experience wont just keep you from getting my business. I will tell everyone I know how awful I was treating.

In the process of selling a car that belonged to our son we soon realized that our other son had lost the one and only key to the car! We had already made arrangements to deliver the car that even to the purchaser. In a panic on a Friday night after normal business hours, we called several companies that could not even do it and the others that couldnt get to till Saturday or even Monday. Niki from Anytime Unlock was at my husbands shop with in 10-15 minutes of my call and cut us a new key, in the dark! Fast, Fair, and Extremely Knowledgeable! If you are locked out of your car or need a key cut on site I wouldnt call anyone else in Lubbock!

I had an issue with my car. The ignition got locked in accessories mode. I called and Josh came out and looked at my car. We had to get my car back to his shop because it was raining. He stayed late to fix my car and had it ready by the next day. The receptionist was really nice and very patient with me. I have my car back and I have not had any issues. Great service, attitude and a job well done! I will definitely call them back for future service and/or recommend them to anyone in need.

These thieves wanted to charge for a key that didnt work. A definite fly by night ripoff next guys hot it done for half the price. Experience is my lesson learned. When i called management they wanted to cuss and throw a tamptrum. Threatened to steal my car. Watch out for these guys go to real company
