I got locked out of my house and called them since they are close. I received prompt service from a nice professional tech, whom I liked. He got me in the house in under five minutes. My gripe is the boss. Hes kind of lacking in customer service skills (to put it nicely). I admit I was a bit panicked and high maintenance as I was very stressed, but I was nice when I called, so the punishment didnt fit the crime. Then I received two prices. That should not happen and price should be quoted immediately with a single unified message. Price seemed a bit steep but I didnt really ask around as I was in a hurry. I dont know if Id use them again but I will say you can count on them sending someone when you need it.

I sceduled them to move a large gun safe. I described the size and weight of the safe and they said they could do it. They showed up the day of my move and said they couldnt do it. They said the safe was too big for them. I had to find someone else at the last minute. All I got was a sorry and "the boss has had a lot on his mind" as they drove away. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else.
