When we moved into our new home the sellers never had a key to a screen door deadbolt and we have had some break-ins in the area, so we decided to call Sure-Lock. Lock smith Jesse Cervantes explained everything over the phone to my wife and came out very quickly. We called before we got home since we thought it would take him a while but he said he could be there in 15mins, very quick. We told him we would not be home for another 30mins and he accommodated us with no problem. Very professional, and excellent customer service. Even offered to cut us extra keys to pick up at his shop. Very happy with Jesses service and will not hesitate to use again. Thanks for the great service.

After losing the key and spare to my vehicle, I was shocked at the price the dealership wanted to charge for a new one. On top of the price, i was told I would have to get my car towed to the location. Fortunately, I was referred to Sure Lock and Safe. Jessie came to my house the same day and created a new remote key and spare. Both for a fraction of the price of the dealership. Jessie was extremely professional. I will absolutely recommend Sure-Lock and Safe to others.

I bought a vehicle that only came with one key, when I asked the dealership about getting another one they wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. I looked around and came across Sure Lock and Safe, gave them a call and within 30 minutes they were on the way to make another key for me at a very decent price. Definitely the best prices in town. I called around trying to find a locksmith who could give me a straight forward quote, no bs about having a tech call me back or having to wait till they arrive to tell me what to expect in price. I called around San Antonio looking for a lock smith that would be able to make an additional key and a remote for my 2011 suv I just bought at a dealership. The prices are cheaper and I was able to get 2 remotes and an additional key for cheaper than what some places where asking, just to program the remote. Forget the dealer ships.. Over priced. It only took 5 min. Come here!

Sure-lock is always there when we need them. We buy a lot of pre-owned vehicles and often they do not have keys. Because of the number of people handling them we tend to misplace (ok, lose) a fair number of keys. Jesse shows up with a smile on his face and makes things right. Highly recommended.
