Oh my goodness Ed just saved me! I have a 2000 Buick that wouldnt start. I had called the dealership and taken it to two different mechanics. when know one could figure it out I called maybe 10 different mechanics, no one knew. One mechanic told me to call a place like mothers, I did that and the guy gave me the number to Robbins safe and lock. When I called the lady on the phone was super knowledgable and she was able to get Ed to come out the very next day. I was so excited this terrible 2 month long ordeal was almost over. Ed came told me what it could be. He got in the car and within an hour and a half he had it fixed. He was very nice and very fair with his pricing. He was able to fix my car for what I had on hand. He also accept credit cards which helps! I hope this problem never occurs again but if it does or I need a lock smith I would never hesitate to call them again.

Absolutely amazing!! Eddie M. provided top notch service. He was clearly extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He came out to my employers office for a door issue that we had previously been told might be "unfixable", and in a matter of minutes it was clear he was an expert in the field. It ended up being an easy fix. I also happened to lock my keys in my car the same day he came out to service my company; Eddie truly blessed me when he helped me with that as well. Thank You for being such an amazing asset to your company.

Very efficient knowledgeable staff. Even after I replaced my battery in my key fob at home it wouldnt work. The technician could have charged me a big programming fee and I would not have known the difference. However he just replaced my replacement battery and I was ready to go. Honesty is so important in business. I will use Robbins Safe and Lock for all my car and home key needs.

I came a couple weeks ago to try to get a spare for my Mazda and Eddie made the whole experience a breeze. He is extremely knowledgable and friendly. He save me about $150 for my spare. I just came back today for my brothers car and saved about $120. Best locksmith in town!
