My Houston locksmith service was just wonderful. My house was burglarized on Memorial Day weekend and I was sure that I would not be able to find any locksmiths that work on a holiday weekend. My Houston locksmith were very fast in responding to my call and when the locksmith (kevin or Brian I think) arrived he was very professional and was able to educate my husband and I about locks and how easy it was for the thieves to get in to our house as we didnt have any sign of forced entry. Apparently there is a tool called "bump key" and its very easy for any bad guy to get a hold of! Needless to say we got all our locks changed to high security Medeco locks and we also made a visit to their show room on westheimer to purchase a home safe. I do wish we have done all this before we got burglarized as few of the items were taken had been in my family for generations... 5 star service and fair prices, definitely will use them again.

When they do a house call if the lock you have for some reason is different to the others and cant be rekeyed or the lock has to be replaced for some reason, they will sell you a lock. They sell this for 3 times the store value. you end up having to pay for it because since they are already there you have to pay the $65 service call. good service but I dont like how they mark up their products that much, thats gouging.

Fred at My Houston Locksmith did a fabulous job! He cut and programmed a new Replacement Keyless Remote for our Dodge Truck that we brought to him at a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. Excellent Job! Thank you Fred!

Didnt show up for a scheduled appointment. Lied about calling me also took down the wrong secondary number then after quoting a price tried to charge double what they said. Not lock smiths just scam artists dont use them
