I have only been in Lubbock about 3 weeks and today I locked my keys, phone, everything in my car. I had to walk from my car to a TJ Maxx in hope that they would let me use their phone/look up a locksmith in town. One of the cashiers had a card for Arrow Auto Unlock in their wallet and since I really had no other option I decided to give it a shot. As soon as I made the phone the call, the man who answered the phone was really kind to me! Then someone arrived at my car in about 10 minutes and took about 2 minutes to get my car open. They were very professional, kind, quick, and affordable! I would recommend them to everyone!

So I was locked out of my car tonight, its freezing and raining and my house keys were attached to my car keys. Called this fantastic place they told me a 25min wait which isnt bad. Not only did the show up in under 15min!!!! But the service man was friendly and my car was unlocked in under 30secs. Thank you sooo much guys!!! I would highly recommend this place!!!!

My friend called so that she could get her keys in which she left locked in her car by accident and the guy she spoke with said he would be there shortly and called back 10 minutes later to tell her he couldnt make it because he was stuck in traffic but Lubbock doesnt have traffic at this moment. Pathetic.

They were there within the 10 minutes they had estimated and in less than a minute I was back in my car. It was an extremely hot day and I had my two children with me. Quick, professional and so reasonably priced at $19 (The last company I used charged $40!) Definitely used Arrow Auto Unlock!

These guys are amazing. Showed up within about ten minutes, got straight to work. They didnt charge any extra hidden fees like just about anyone else does. Gave me a jump and some battery maintenance tips too. Will definitely use if this occurs in the future! Wish they were everywhere!

Wow!! I locked my keys in my car, (its been raining, and itvwasnt the best day Ive had). This was the first listing on google. So I called, and they were on their way immediately. Took 30 seconds to get my keys out of my car. Best $19 I spent today. Absolutely made my day. Good job!

Holy cow. They were there in literally 4 minutes (although they DID say theyre in the vicinity) and I was shocked at how cheap it was. I never write reviews, but these guys are amazing. Dont shop around and waste your time, just call them instead.

I locked my keys in my car late one night about 9 miles out of Lubbock and it was pouring rain. Gentleman showed up in 7 minutes, got my keys out and on his way. Thanks guys you were GREAT!!!
