I cant put zero stars but I would if I could. DO NOT use these folks. They are just bidders, they dont paint. When your job goes wrong because of shotty work, they blame it on some nameless sub-contractor and take no responsibility. Their contracts are detailed but good luck getting them to stand up to what they agree to. We contracted them to paint for us. We were assured certain outcomes. Within an hour of the crew leaving, paint was falling off our siding. We had paint all over our fences, deck, window frames, iron work, and fixtures. Not to mention countless drops, smears, missed spots, etc. They blamed our siding for some of this issues. We agreed to pay them more to do the job again and not only did they not fix issues, they caused many more- and now we have to re-side our home. Now they refuse to do any more work and refuse to warranty what they did. They have pawned us off on their insurance and have provided false info to them so the claim gets denied. RUN AWAY!!!

Wow! What a great job Sergio and his crew did painting my apartment. I have a disability and I work from my apartment and they were able to do a very Professional job and complete it 2 days earlier than was scheduled. They were also very attentive to making sure that Java and Jewel our 2 baby kitties were safe as well in their carriers. I will definitely use CertaPro again. In fact, the Apartment Assistant Manager was really impressed today along with some of the other maintenance staff when they came by today. The lady that did the estimate and helped me pick the colors was also very attentive to my concerns as well. JOB RATING AAAA++++ Thank you Sergio, and crew members.

CertaPro is an excellent company who will stand behind their work! My home needed five rooms of 1973 wallpaper removed, re-texture and paint. CertaPro spent five days in my home to complete the job. They quoted me accurately at the beginning of the job and there were no surprises or extra charges at the end of the job. About a year later I did find some issues where some of the wallpaper glue had caused the paint to peel a bit in some areas as its very difficult to get every piece of wallpaper glue off. I called them up and they returned to fixed the areas without question. So they will stand behind their work. I highly recommend CertaPro! Thank you for making my house normal again!

Calling CertaPro Painters of Denver was a stroke of luck for me. They were able to handle the lead mitigation and they were a great company to have working with me. The front office staff were great on the phone and was able to answer the many questions I had. When it came to the painting, the Serna family did an excellent job. They stopped by before the job to go over the house and answer any concerns I had. And they were fast (one day!). I am very pleased with the final product. Very neat, clean and professional. I have no hesitation recommending CertaPro Painters of Denver.

I worked with Luis and Guillermo was the lead painter assigned to our house. We had the entire interior of the home painted. They did an excellent job prepping and painting our house. The big difference was the time they spent up front to make sure all the blemishes and holes were covered and sanded. This ended up making the end product look great. Luis also responded to my messages and communicated well throughout the entire process. They worked diligently and met the timeline put in place from the start. Would highly recommend.
