I kinda disappointed at CertaPro painting. First, I am a fan of Michael Berrys show and I would like to support whoever support that show. Even though the price is more expensive than other painters for $1000-$1500, I chose them to do the job. They do a good job in the house even though there are several spots that they missed. This bad experiments started to come. I contacted Sarah, who was an estimator and done a great job, to schedule the painter to fix those missing spots. It took 2 months for painter to come fix the missing spots. After 9 months, the paint in the bathroom starting to peel off (This is main reason why I want to hire the painter to do the job). I contacted the owner, Dale Busic, he came to my house and said that there were to much moisture inside the house, that caused the paint peeling, but they said that they would use special paint to prevent that happened and we did turn the fan to suck out the moisture when we were taking a bath. At last, the owner declared that he would sent the painter in to fix it. But month by month was gone by, I contacted by phone, text, and email him, but he did reply couple at first, but never reply after that. They supposes to honor the warranty for two years, but they did not even though my warrant will end of July 2017. Beware of the so call two years warranty. I expect Certapro doing better job with hefty price and their reputation, but they are not. I hope anybody having better experience than me.

We have used CertaPro Painters of Cypress on more than one occasion. The first time we used them to paint our entire house, inside and out, including wood trim and ceilings. Included in the price was an in-home consultation with an interior decorator to help us select paint colors which was so helpful--no painters remorse here. They completed the job in just one week, all 2600 square feet! Since then we have used them for smaller jobs: drywall repair and paint on our kitchen ceiling after a plumbing leak; drywall repair and paint in our bathroom after an air conditioning leak; drywall repair and paint after we butchered a wall in our living room trying to hang a mirror; and repainting an accent wall in our bedroom when we wanted to change the color. We have recommended CertaPro to multiple friends with confidence, and those friends were as happy with the experience as we were. Dale Busic and his crew are the only people we will ever entrust with taking care of our homes painting needs.

This company is the epitome of professionalism. My 3500+ square foot house was completely painted inside in 3 days. Every day we were given a walk through to discuss progress and concerns. The house was left clean and livable every day, no matter how much work had been done. Our contact person, Chris, answered my every text and phone call in a timely manner. The project manager, Daniel, personally addressed my smallest questions. The best part of the service was a FREE consult with an interior decorator. She helped us pick paint colors and even gave free advice! I am beyond thrilled with this company and will call them again when we do our best exterior paint.

Dale and his team did a fantastic job on our living room cabinets. Stained the cabinets darker and got the shade just how we wanted it. They finished the job in the amount of time they originally said it would be done and did a great job with cleanup and even did a door trim stain that wasnt included in the contract. Would highly recommend Dale for any paint or stain needed in your home or business.

Painted over rotten wood in numerous places even though I told him before I signed the contract to check for rotten wood; I marked several places with blue tape. They painted on a windy day and spray got onto window screens and windows. There were other problems, too.

Certa Pro Painters painted our home exterior and interior bathroom/cabinets. They did a wonderful job. Dale the owner made sure everything went smoothly. I would good highly recommend this company. Very reliable!!

Worse than hire craiglist people. Sloppy job several wall outlets were painted over. Paint drips on carpets etc.. Dont waste your money.
