Granted, I called in for a last minute appointment, which I acknowledged when calling, letting the person who I spoke with know I was looking for a place I could get in and out because I was on a time crunch. The man on the phone asked if I could come in at 11am. I told him that time would be too late and I would just go some place else. The man then said I could come in at 10am and he could get me in. Fine that works. Made it to the shop before he did and still had to wait over an hour before I was able to be serviced because his "staff didnt show up". I wanted to leave but knew that I would only waste more time traveling across town to my normal spot so I stayed. All in all, I was at the salon for almost THREE HOURS only to get a pedicure. I ended up leaving before the lady could finish my manicure, because I was completely out of time at that point. What frustrates me the most is that I explained to them my situation prior to going in just so they knew. If they knew they were stretched beyond their limits, they should have told me. I would have been cool with that, instead of over promising and under delivering. When I first got there I had it in my mind that I found a new, more convenient place for a mani and pedi, but now I know I will never go back.

I am absolutely amazed that this place has all 5 star reviews on FB/Yelp, my experience was SO far away from that. I went here recently for a basic mani/pedi deal they were offering and the moment I walked in I had a feeling it would be a weird experience, but kept moving forward. Here were my pain points: - Not enough staff for the number of people we had scheduled for our appt - only one manicure station, forcing our group to take turns and making it a much longer process than a typical nail salon - did not file or exfoliate my nails, just gave a rough clipping - nail polish selection was VERY limited, clearly old, and the polish peeled off my fingers within hours of leaving - no classic pedicure chairs! Instead they had buckets of water and soap (gross) and again they did not exfoliate or file and just did a rough clipping When they say basic, they really mean basic. If youre looking for a classic mani/pedi day to treat your self stay far, far away from this place. I am still appalled that I paid money for the experience I received. Next time I will spend more money for the experience I expect rather than trying to get a deal.

I cant believe I spent money here, its been over a month since I visited and it infuriates me still just thinking about it. Should have just stormed out, the service was THAT awful. Despite making an appointment with a friend, we had to share a single employee (the EXACT situation you want to avoid, hence, an appointment) who did a terrible job. Did not shape or file our nails, and the polish chipped within the hour. They also charged $15 for a french manicure "upgrade" (the mani-pedi was $30 total, so they essentially charged me the price of TWO manicures for the most awful french manicure Ive gotten in my life). I could also go on forever about the terrible chairs, nail polish selection, and overall decor of the place. Two 10-year-old girls running a play salon in their garage would do a better job. Do not come here for the love of god.

I needed a haircut a couple days before a friends wedding and my barber happened to be out of town so I went by J Prestige after a friend told me hed gotten a clean cut. I had a little bit of difficulty finding the shop so I called the shop and Jose, the owner I think, gave me super helpful directions. Once I got in the shop I was greeted with smiles and a cold beer, it was like I was a regular! Best part of the experience, I left with a really clean looking haircut. Im so glad I received a quality cut. Ill definitely be back!

My experience @ J Prestige was great, very friendly staff and excelent customer service. A family member told me about the shop and i couldnt be happier with the end results. I went in for a teeth whitening and my teeth came out much cleaner and whiter than i was expecting. I WILL request J Prestige to ALL my friends and family for there teeth whitening service.

Had the most mediocre mani pedi ever. They had a total of like 15 colors to choose from, uncomfortable pedicure chairs, the foot bath burns your feet, and all my nails are different shapes and lengths. No UV nail drier, didnt even try to really trim my cuticles or get underneath my toe nails. Sad I even spent the Groupon price. Will definitely never return.

Hello I must compliment the staff first and foremost very hospitl from the start loved the complmary choice of beverages it was a very cool hip experience youg cool group of styles youve earned a A+ in my books I love the j beverly hill shampoo and conditioner but of course my new funky fresh cut you rock!!

The worst! We went there with a big group- huge waste of money- no massage chair, your feet are put in buckets- paint all outside the lines, didnt scrub my feet at all, didnt even clean under the nails- some girls didnt even get a massage with the pedi- so bad!! Do not go there- total waste of money !!

I had the best experience at J prestige. Not only was my wife n daughter happy about the way there hair came out, but they had a great time with the staff. And they Actually turned the T.V in the back so I could enjoy football.. It was a win/win all around, great experience!!!

I come in here once a month for a clean cut and shave I really love the everment here the staff are really hip young team I barber of choice is a young lady named franky if you love clean crips cut she is most definitely your go to girl thank you j prestige!!
