I had never visited this salon before, and relied on some positive reviews on Yelp before calling for an appointment. I really wanted to get some advice on where to go with my bangs, and thought I made that clear to the receptionist. When I arrived for my appointment, the stylist brought me back to her chair, and said, "youre here for a bang trim, right?" I wanted to have a short conversation about where she thought I should/could go with my bangs, but she already had the scissors out. As she was uttering the phrase, "I think you should layer your bangs," she CUT MY BANGS before I even had a chance to respond! Then she sprayed hairspray on my bangs and got it all over my glasses. I was in her chair for all of about 4 minutes. This happened yesterday (Saturday) at 1pm, and I was literally the only person in the salon, so its not like the salon was chaotic or understaffed. The whole experience was just really weird. So not like other "salon" type experiences. My favorite salon is ALLURE Salon, but they are just too far away--hence the looking for a salon closer to home. Really, my main complaint is with the stylist I had--I cant remember her name--Alyssa, maybe? She was just unsmiling, unwelcoming, brisk, unfriendly, unprofessional, and borderline rude. She rushed me in and out, didnt listen or respond to my questions, cut my hair without my approval, and hey, when you spray hair spray at me, could you let me know so I could take my glasses off first? Thanks. I had been looking to try a new salon--try I did, and I will NOT be back.

I went there this afternoon and was very nervous, just because I hate getting my hair cut and could never find the right stylist! But I got my hair cut by Danielle and I couldnt be happier. She did an amazing job!! Not only was everyone super sweet and welcoming, but very professional! I love this salon and I will continue to go there and will not hesitate to reccommend to anyone one of my friends and family!

Ashley is fantastic! I was looking for someone new to try and saw her post on Facebook and basically had nothing to lose. Ashley restored my faith in hair dressers. She listened to me!!! Spent atleast 15 mins going over color options. Wove 3 into my hair and the cut was perfect. After so many bad and blah trips to the salon I walked out of there feeling gorgeous! Shes my go to girl!!!

I took my 6 year old daughter here after she butchered her long beautiful blonde hair. Kara was very friendly, patient and kind. She did a fantastic job fixing and blending my little ladys hair and my daughter loved her as well. Ill definitely be returning!
