They lie to you! They hired me and told me that I would be permanent within 8-12 weeks at the company I was on assignment at. Here I am 22 Weeks late, just now finally getting hired on. The position that I was hired for pays commission.. I missed out on over 3 grand in commission due to their lies. Several other temp services service my (now 22 weeks later) employer. Their employees went permanent in 8-12 weeks. When I try to call they never answer the phone. And when I asked them why I hadnt gone perm they told me they would be in touch.. then they emailed the company I work for just to tell me that I had to complete a god awful amount of hours to become permanent and make more money. DO NOT GO THROUGH THEM. IF THERE IS A POSITION THAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR ODDS ARE THERE ARE OTHER STAFFING COMPANIES IN THE DENVER METRO AREA THAT SERVICE THAT SAME EMPLOYER

The branch location staff is great! But Payroll is really screwed up. 9 different times theyve forgotten to pay me or taken out the wrong taxes (like taking Georgia taxes when I live in Colorado). And if that isnt bad enough, it has taken them up to 2 months to correct some errors. And other errors the payroll department refuses to correct at all, even though the issue is with the payroll department or their payroll system. Ive had them triple my tax withholding, take out the wrong taxes, or refuse to correct tax withholding claiming that they cant because of their "system". Even when escalated, the corporate management staff refuses to do the right thing. Its ridiculous! Bless the local staff who tried to help, but Corporate refuses to do anything more. If you have the opportunity to work with another agency, do it. Its not worth the headache.

The two women running it, couldnt remember the first four letters of the Alphabet without looking at an Eye Chart.There was calls to my home. I called back several times before I got to Bobby, whom asked one question, and set an appointment for an interveiw, at 2:30 PM, the following day. When I asked for the address, she then repeated my email correctly and said by end of business day, I would receive an address for the interveiw. (why not give it over the phone) Never happened. I called back several times , and left several messages for both office potatos, and nether would have the decency to followup. I hope they service their business clients better. I am a transferring Plant Manager, and I will remember this disapointing performance when choosing temporary services for my plant in the future.

Very unprofessional, deceptive, and lack of follow up or genuine interest in their candidates needs or what the candidates are seeking. There are many other good staffing agencies out there, such as Robert Half, Accutemps, Gibson Arnold, to name a few. I would strongly encourage anyone to look into one of the ones Ive listed and to NOT consider Kelly Services for your employment needs. Applying for TANF or other government programs would be a much better alternative than using Kelly Services.

Please be aware!!! This company wants you to work for them but will not pay you on time. My last two checks have been late. It is shameful and they dont care about their employees.
