I left a pair of shorts (along with two blouses and a sweater) to be dry cleaned. When I returned, I paid in full for all 4 items. The shorts could not be found by the woman at the counter. She told me I could come back on Monday for the shorts, but that I had to pay in full to take the rest of my clothes. Being afraid she would lose more of my clothes, I paid. She refused to take my number and call me when the shorts were found, and left it up to me to stop 3 times to check on the shorts whereabouts. Each time, she ensured they would found. Eventually she gave me a pair of white pants, that were not my shorts. I have no doubt that the owner of the pants is in a similar situation to that of mine. I didnt think to check that the shorts were mine and left the store. When I found out that the pants were not my clothes I went to return them and asked for a refund of the dry cleaning expense and money to replace the shorts that were lost. The same woman said that she would not refund or replace the shorts and she just walked away while I was still talking to her. This place has terrible customer service and took no responsibility for their mistakes. They have no system in place for finding lost clothes, and will hand you other peoples clothes to make you go away.

I brought a brand new $200 cashmere sweater to be dry cleaned prior to wearing it. When I picked it up, the piping on the neck was ripped beyond repair, and the tag had been nearly ripped off. I returned to the cleaners to discuss the issue with the owner and attempt to seek resolution. After I provided the above information (including showing her the sweater) and asked her how we might be able to rectify the situation, she told me that I was lying and that she had nothing to do with the shirt being ruined. I persisted, expaining that the shirt did not look like that when I dropped it off, she began screaming loudly at me (in fact, she seemed very angry and I was afraid for my safety) and telling me that I was a liar. I persisted one more time, asking whether I could at least have a refund and a partial reimbursement for the garment, and she walked away from me, and would not conclude the conversation or respond to my question.

I was always OK taking my cleaning here. Considered my self a regular and valuable customer. Went in last week to have a new pair of pants hemmed. Picked them up this week and put them on to go out the next day and they were still the 2 inches too long length and the original factory hem was actually still in place. They hadnt been touched.Took them back figuring they would quickly see they must have sent them through dry cleaning and forgot the alteration. Was immediately taken back when she said they did what I approved and would fix them, but charge me again! Too long of an argument to share every blame game detail but it ended ugly when I was accused of bringing in a different pair of pants and trying to get something for free. So much for this place. Id hate to see now theyd deflect if they lost soemthing.

I chose to ignore the reviews and try this place out because it was cheap. DO NOT GO HERE. They shrunk 2 of my nicest shirts to the size of childs clothing. I will be going in later today to try to have the shirt replaced or some other type of solution, but I am doubtful of my success after reading the other reviews on here. Seriously, you get what you pay for, and at this place you will pay very little for your clothes to be completely ruined.

Despite other bad reviews, Ive been going to Snowflake for over a year. The woman working there has always seemed helpful and friendly. I have had shirts cleaned and pressed, and suits. Everything has been done professionally and quickly (and for a very fair price). I believe the bad reviews, but I havent experienced anything bad and judging from the volume she seems to be doing, there are plenty of others that rely on Snowflake too.

I posted a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website, who sent snowflake a letter, and snowflake never even responded. Not only did they lose my stuff, and charge me for it, and not really care, they dont seem to mind that people are complaining about them. This is a terrible business!!! The cheap price is not worth having your clothes lost without refund for the "cleaning"

Worst dry cleaning service ever. Went to have a button replaced on a shirt, not only did the lady put a black one on it after I requested a blue one (the shirt is blue, why black button?) she was rude as well. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I read all the negative reviews on this site, but I decided to go here since its right next to my workplace. I had a pair of suit pants sewed and dry cleaned. Decent, timely service for an alright price. Staff was very friendly to me.

Great prices and even better customer service. I bring in pants and slacks for laundry and press and my dry cleaning has been returned without damage.
