If I could give less than one star I would. Extremely poor customer service (including eye rolling at me) and just WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I usually use another dry cleaners in town, but happened to be right next door and thought Id try them out. I brought in two dresses (very basic) and one shirt to be dry cleaned. Before handing over my items, I asked the lady how much the dresses (plural) would be. She looked at them and said, "$17." I though, seems reasonable! So I gave them a shot. I just went in today to pick up my items. Imagine my shock when I was told to pony up $34 just for the dresses!! It takes a lot to make me upset, but this was not right. I asked how this could be so expensive, and that Id never paid so much in my life for two very basic dresses. The gal came out from back, rolled her eyes (thought I couldnt see) and said, "I would have never told you just $17." YES YOU DID. On top of that, they dont take Amex, but thats just an aside. Avoid this place at all costs. I will never return and will pass along my thoughts to anyone else on social media sites.

Well, clothes were good until one time I picked up my shirts. A few days later I was left a message that if I had received a female sweater in my pickup, to return it. First of all, insinuating I would keep someone elses clothes if they were given to me in an "undependable" manner, is so wrong on so many levels. Not trusting your clients is a sure fire way to not flourish as a business. Second of all, letting me know someone was incompetent inside the cleaners with someone elses clothes and highlighting how truly far from dependable they are is as dumb as it gets on a business level. Well, not trusting me has led me to never again trust you with my clothes. I would stay far away from any company that does not trust you and loses other peoples clothes.

Beware - this location will dry clean shirts at their discretion based on shirt brand, not what the label requires and against customer instruction. When pressed for an explanation they simply say its the owners subjective decision. I have been a Dependable customer for many years and had no issues until moving to this location - after spending months trying to resolve this, will never go back.

$26.31 to get 3 ties cleaned (couple very small spots on them) and they also turn down my valid 20% off coupon because I didnt bring it when I initially dropped off the ties. Ill never go back, should have done my research first. Im sure they make a ton of money on one and done customers like myself.

The customer service was horrible, and when I received my dress shirts they had wrinkles all over them. If I could leave a 0 star I would have. I should not see any wrinkles in my shirts when they charge $3.85 per shirt. I highly recommend going anywhere else!!!!

Watch out for this cleaners! They refused to accept our current and valid 20% off coupon because we presented it at pickup when we paid instead of at drop-off. We were great customers, but wont be returning!
