I brought in a suit that needed dry cleaning and a new crease on the pants. They needed a new crease because The Green Shirt ADDED a crease last time, parallel to the original one, resulting in TWO creases on each leg in the front of the pants. I mentioned this and also mentioned a stain on the front of the pants. So, the clerk marks the stain on the pants with yellow tape and says to come back in a few days. OK, right? A few days pass and I pick up my suit for a out of town wedding the following day. Just to be safe, I check that the quoted work was completed. Nope. Stain still there. The clerk says, "We can send it back and have them re-do it. Its all good". I asked if there is an additional procedure to make sure this doesnt happen a second time. Nope, just yellow tape again. What a joke. Just repeat and hope for a better outcome? See, the root problem here is that The Green Shirt outsources all the laundry and when there is a problem they have no answers. But they do have reusable bags for your newly cleaned, yet still dirty clothing. Friendly staff, but thats not why we use a dry cleaner. Its to get clothes cleaned.

Theyve destroyed one too many expensive articles of clothing (silk shirt with oil stains all over it that werent there when I dropped it off. And whats worse, some genius STILL pressed the blouse so as to set in the stains... And someone thinks its a good idea to pin thick safety pins through the fabric of your clothes- and at the seams or sleeves too so the fabric is sure to start fraying- rather than through the garment tags which would ensure no garment or fabric damage). And dont bother leaving a voice message, no one is responsible or professional enough to call you back to make things right. Its too bad too because there are so few eco dry cleaning options, I really wanted this to work out. They dont clean on site so theres little to no quality control. And the entire staff are young high-school or college kids who couldnt care less about the condition of your clothes much less customer satisfaction. Never a manager on site so your issues are never addressed and you are expected to chase the manager down in order to get any sort of attention or conversation going.

I am in full favor of the green movement, but I would rather get my clothes cleaned with harsh chemicals than pay this much for poor quality cleaning. Because this is just a storefront without an actual store (they send the clothes off to get cleaned off-site), they cannot resolve things in a timely fashion. I intentionally came in early to get a dress cleaned. When I picked it up, they had put safety pins through it to hold it to a hanger. It left a hole in my dress and now I am the one who has to bend over backwards to get them to fix it before I leave for my trip. Plus, they absolutely ruined a pair of my friends nice slacks that were silk and wool. Do not recommend.

Just drove 30 minutes to this place, bought groupon for $30 dollars; walked in, and the girl is holding a pet animal with both arms, and wants to touch my Armani and Hugo Boss suits. She couldnt even grab a pen, whilst holding what looked like a pig? I dont need my clothes smelling like bacon! I love animals more than most. But leave them at home. I dont need animal hair on my clothes, after they are cleaned. Call me Crazy, If you live in an animal hair world, then this place is for you. Anyone want to buy my groupon waste of time.

Clothes looked like they were cleaned in the Platte (Greenish--like the Platte); then they had the audacity to call me and tell me they couldnt charge my credit card when in fact they had already done so. Thought it was the last time Id deal with the Green Shirt, except they called me a month laterand tried to tell me that I still hadnt paid for my dry cleaning! As a business owner myself I think this is just terrible.

They ruined my husbands shirt and will not return my calls or emails about fixing it or repaying me for the cost of his brand new shirt that is no unwearable. Terrible, dont go here. I will repost and update if they ever respond or solve this for me but unlikely as it has been months now.

For all they save being "green" you sure dont see a savings as the customer. Uptown area dry cleaners are substantially less. Paying for a gimmick. People are nice, and its cool they text you when your stuff is ready, but crazy pricey!

timely and friendly, but my clothes smell stale and will need to air out for a least a week before I could stand to wear them. If you dont like the way the store smells, know that your clothes will come back smelling the same way.

Ive been taking my shirts here for a at least 2 years. They come back fast clean and pressed. I had one issue with broken buttons and they fixed it no questions asked. Its nice to have a green laundry service in the area.

If you live downtown the delivery service is very convenient, we prefer it over Paradise because they dont use all the plastic. Also, the email receipts are nice. Every contact Ive had with them is pleasant.

Took nearly a month for them to realize my items were missing. I have been a customer for quite some time and service is getting worse. Too bad. Im not going back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Extremely RUDE staff and they do a horrible job on "cleaning" your clothes. The neighborhood needs a better option.

Good green cleaning for about the same price as regular. They lost a button from a coat and bent over backwards to make it all right.
