What an unfortunate incident we had with whoever was working your store at 5:45pm on Monday June 20th. Upon arrival, my husband was asked how he was. He mentioned this was his second trip to pick up our clothes (due Saturday, June 18th at 4pm per the ticket we received on Thursday, June 16th ) because the store was closed when he arrived at 4pm on Saturday, June 18th. Only indication of why was a note in the window stating they were closing at 3pm for Father’s Day. The employee was immediately defensive, stating “It’s not my problem you can’t read a sign, if I want to close early I will”. When my husband pointed out there was no sign when we dropped them off on Thursday, the employee remained defensive and said “it’s not my problem your wife can’t read a sign”. When I dropped the clothes off on Thursday around 5pm there was no sign that said the store would close early on Saturday. I even questioned the Saturday pick up date (I wasn’t expecting such a quick turnaround – I thought we were getting great service! How wrong I was) and your Thursday afternoon employee confirmed yes, Saturday is when they would be ready. The employee continued to harass my husband, told him he needed to leave, to which my husband refused to do without our clothes. The employee tried to tell him our clothes were ready Saturday morning and that’s when we should have picked them up. When my husband pointed out the ticket specifically said the items were due on Saturday by 4pm, the employee said “again, not my problem”. You have lost us as customers and our family as customers, and we will tell everyone who asks not to use your store. This is not the first time we have arrived during stated business hours to a locked and empty store – the first time was with no note indicating why it was closed. We will not continue to put up with your poor customer service or risk our items being unavailable when we arrive. I hope you look at your records to determine who was working on Monday, June 20th at 5:45pm and consider if you really want that kind of person representing your store with such poor customer service.

I have been going to Mint Cleaners since September 2013. Staff are always polite and friendly and the clothes were in good condition and clean when I picked them up. A month ago (March 31, 2016) when I went in to get my clothes, one of my shirts were missing. I told the employee and he said he would call the manager. The manager called me a few days later and said to wait for about a month and call back to see if the shirt showed up. I called this week and my shirt was not found. So the manager called me and said that there were cameras at the location and it showed that I only brought one item in. NOT TRUE. The tag on my receipt said there were 2 ITEMS that day brought in. (I have a copy of that receipt.) Then the manager told me that the "LAW" says that the dry cleaners are only responsible for $20 dollars of the lost item. EVEN though the shirt was worth more, the manager said he was going to reimburse me $20.00.. again because that is what the LAW" is. I didnt even get a "I am sorry your shirt is lost" or "I am sorry for all hassle of the missing shirt". All I heard was that I was a liar... and the camera tells it all. WHATEVER. I will NEVER go there again. PLEASE be aware if this dry cleaners loses anything of yours, the reimbursement will only be $20.00 even if your clothes are worth hundreds of dollars. BEWARE of bringing any dresses/suits/pants/blankets/comforters/shirts/coats that are WORTH over $20.00 dollars because you will not be reimbursed. BEWARE WITH CAUTION.

Id give no stars if I could. My one and only experience with this cleaner: Took two sport jackets in for cleaning. When I picked up the jackets one was ok but the other jacket (an expensive Hugo Boss) had a newly shredded/torn lining, button was broken and jacket was improperly pressed. I mentioned this to the rude disinterested cashier. She said they didnt have any way to mend the jacket but she would send it in for a "redo" to fix the poor pressing. I picked up the jacket tonight and nothing at all had been done. I asked for the manager/ owner number and she refused to provide it. She would not give me any contact information whatsoever and was disinterested in helping to resolve the issue. I will NEVER go there again. I urge anyone reading this review to TAKE YOUR CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This is the most unprofessional dry cleaner--scratch that, business--that I have ever dealt with. Three months ago they lost one of my nicest shirts. The young lady who works there acknowledged it with "I didnt know how to tell you." Since then we have called regularly to check on her progress of locating my shirt or having the owner provide a refund, and she has had multiple poor excuses why she has not been able to contact the owner/manager to resolve this. (She also said that she really hates her job, as if thats an excuse for her total lack of responsibility.) Do not go here. Do not reward total disregard for customer care and respect.

Horrible service!! Shirts were not finished at the time they promised. My son needed shirts for performance. They said 2 business days. They werent ready in 2 business days. Owner "promised" he would bring them to me since my son had to have them. I sat at the store waiting for him to show up with the shirts. Owner never showed nor did he call to tell me he wasnt coming. He just left me there waiting. I was stuck shopping for new clothes less than 45 minutes before my son was supposed to go on stage. Dont go here if you need your items when they were promised to you. They totally over promise and under deliver.

$1.75 a laundry shirt what a joke!!! It started out that way but if you have a cuff link shirt then they all of a sudden want to charge you $2.50 a shirt. I had been a loyal customer so they bumped that down to $2.00 a shirt because I was going to take my business elsewhere. They retained me and then went in last week and kicked the price back to $2.50 a shirt. I asked about extra starch didnt get that. Asked for the Manager to call me no such luck with him giving me a call. So I say to all my Corporate Business friends do not be bamboozled by this sham of a dry cleaners!!

I 100% agree the all the other one star reviewers here. I have had nothing but issues with this place. Clothes coming back stained that werent stained before with a blue color.Do not go here! I will be contacting the BBB as I now have three ruined shirts and a shirt that has completely gone missing. When you call to complain they give you attitude and say nothing can be done. I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!!

Two dress shirts came back from cleaners with torn holes in sleeves- same exact size, sleeve and spot on both shirts. Tags were still on them and they did not have the holes when we took them in. They said it was "age" and refused to own the mistake. Mistakes happen, but dishonesty and not doing the right thing is no way to run a business.
