I will not be back. First I put a favorite designer dress into cleaners, not because it was spotted or dirty in particular, but I had worn it a few times and wanted it fresh for a business trip. They have no quality control, I dont believe they look at the garments before giving them back to you. I get it home, and there are plate sized spots all over it, front, back, arms! I drive back and the (I believe owner) manager gives me a very skeptical eye, says they must have been there already because nothing they do could cause this. But because hes a great guy, hell try to get those spots out. Dress comes back without spots, but the fabric no longer feels the same nor draped the same. Different time (glutton for punishment?), pick up but given a return bag for another customer. Had to drop that back off and get another one. I have a favorite blouse by an Italian designer, havent fit in it for years, but can now, so I take it there to be cleaned because I see a tiny pinhead sized spot on the front. It has open selvage edges, it is not a defect, it is the design. Where apparently they worked to remove the spot, that entire side was completed frayed, whereby it was given back to me as if it was good as new. I pull it out, and discover the damage. The owner would like to say it is a manufacturer defect. Really? NO. Also was cleaned many times by a prior dry cleaner and never incurred any damage. Im done. You have clothes that are expensive that you care about, avoid this dry cleaners.

DO NOT take your clothes here! First visit they gave me a pair of pants that wasnt mine which I had to return and was given a $20 credit. Then second visit I was given back half my laundry and the other half that wasnt mine which I again had to return. My clothes were returned to me still mixed with other peoples clothes! When I came in I was questioned with when I brought them in; when the time is on the ticket! Then I was accused when I said around 2pm and it was actually 11:36am! They had to review the videotape to figure it out....I was treated less like a customer and more like a criminal! Feel they are well intentioned but completely disorganized. Manager apologized but then sighed about giving me yet another $20 credit to my account. I then had to demand a refund which thankfully I was given! Again Avoid This Place! Poor customer service and satisfaction

I Took my suit in on last Saturday morning. I picked it up after 5 on Monday. My wife tried to pick up the suit earlier (around 2 pm), they had us come back at 5? We come back at 5 and Im informed that my suit STILL is not ready? They found a "stain" or something on the jacket? Cool, we take the suit anyway. Get to Georgia for my daughters graduation and my suit looks EXACTLY like it did the day I dropped it off!? Not cleaned, not pressed and Ive paid these ppl $14. IIm completely embarrassed, my time has been wasted and they STILL took my money. Called the manager, she says theyll clean it for freea when we return? Why, when I paid you to clean it and I still dont have a suit to wear. Stay away from this place. I think they just charged me $14 for 2 wire hangers.

Well, Ive noticed the prices here at Tides Cleaners appeared and was higher than what I pay on Fort Carson. Understanding Pricing, Location, Product, depends on what you really want and receive. Ive based my rating on customer service, pricing ,location, and time received clothing. Every business must continue striving for improvement to moving forward.

A last minute engagement came up and I needed a suit pressed. I called and asked about same day pressing. I was told it wouldnt be a problem. I drive across town show up and get told, "My press machines are off and pressers have gone home." The lady told me shes get it for me tomorrow. Nice to have had my gas and time wasted.

Tide dry cleaners picks up my laundry every Tuesday and Friday from my work. Very convenient. They do great work. I had one time they forgot to grab my laundry out of my office, they made it right by making a special trip the following day. Thank you for great customer service!
