After searching high and far for a reasonable and trustworthy dry cleaner, I found the spot in Carousel Cleaners. I highly recommend them and their tailor service is top notch work at affordable prices. I would genuinely rate their service above 5 stars, but subtract a star because its not the prettiest inside (but most dry cleaners dont have the actual cleaning facility on site - so know that). I had gone here on a recommendation from a friend. They have some sort of reward thing, where you get $0.50 back for every $5.00 spent, and I end up getting a shirt or two for free every time I go. The customer service is excellent. The manager went out of his way to make good on his word. There was bad info on when my tailored clothes would be finished with alterations - it would be another 3 days... I explained that I had a meeting and needed the slacks. The manager apologized and said to come back in a hour. The tailor stayed 15 minutes later after work and finished hemmings on all 3 pants to make good on their word. I am a lifelong customer and cant recommend them enough.

Terrible experience!!! Dropped off a few shirts and my wifes vintage coat. I came in a week after my pick up date to find out that they busted off one of the vintage brass buttons (which is frustrating, but I understand things like this happen). The lady at the counter told me that they will repair the damage they have caused, but the jacket will not be ready for another couple of days (this is irritating because they already had the jacket for an extra week). I come back a couple weeks later, and the person at the counter hands me the jacket. I inspected the coat and saw the button was never fixed. I told her that and she looks at me says "that button wasnt there when got the jacket." As soon I started to argue the lady at the counter call for another associate to find out what happened. The other lady found a piece of the missing button in the back (which is useless without the rest of the pieces). Theres was no attempt on their part to make anything right (not even a refund), or a sincere apology..

Normal place, but with two big selling points. Seamstress/repair lady in the back good enough, and very cheap especially for larger jobs. Sure, they make mistakes,. But this place knows how to make good on them, easy and fast. These days thats a very big deal. Also, cool city neighborhood vibe: old carousel that actually moves, dance class pics on the walls, etc. Dont like it, go back to some chain in the burbs. Only caveat is they dont have enough connections to specialty shops. But then here in Denver we dont have these guys in the first place.

I am not a person who complains, but if someone else messes up, I expect them to admit it, resolve it, and move on. They ripped my pants, one member said that it was obvious that it was the iron, and told me to come back and talk to the owner. When I came back the owner said, "I do the ironing and it wasnt us. I am not going to do anything." So rather than shelling out $50 to reimburse and having me come back every week because I understand mistakes happen, they chose to write me off. OK laundry service until you get screwed.

Used them for years. Recently they lost an expensive mens dress shirt of mine. Just flat out misplaced it. After being very patient with them for several weeks while they looked for it I stopped in to discuss our options. They asked the price of the shirt and how long I had had the shirt so I told them, their response "Youre not making this easy." My wife and I will never go there again. Mistakes happen but to act like Im the one putting them out? Thats outrageous. Use at your own risk.

Unbelievable! The old man that either owns the place or just works there is clearly in need of some customer service skills. Not only was he yelling at me, but he would not give me my clothes. I have never experienced such inappropriate behavior from an individual who is the front face of an establishment that Ive given so much business to it is so sad. I wouldnt recommend this cleaners to anyone who likes being treated as a respected customer, because you wont get it here!

The pants mentioned were damaged but not by us. They had holes that are very distinctive and very familiar to us. They were puncture type holes caused by closing or shutting a car door or car trunk on the garment. jignesh would not accept our explaination and insisted we pay him for the pants. Our policy is we without question pay if we do harm or damage to a garment but will not pay when the customer does the damage even when he honestly is unaware he caused the damage

A North Denver local family business that has survived. I have used this cleaners for years not once have I ever had an attitude or poor customer service. For all those people who left snobby reviews on here get a life..... you need somebody to basically pamper your behind go back to wherever you came from Im sure theyll be more than happy to serve you in the way you are accustomed to being treated.

Ive been going to Carousel Cleaners for about 10 years now and this is the first google review that Ive written about any business. They have always been professional and their courtesy couldnt be better. Very friendly and efficient staff. The few times Ive ever had an issue with them in 10 years theyve always made it right. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Do not take your alterations here! Staff is extremely slow and not helpful. I took in a pair of pants to have new pockets put in and they told me it would be done in a week. I followed up two weeks later and they were not done. I was then told they would be done in 3 days. THREE weeks later, they were still not done. Horrible service!

Dont go here. Dropped off a bunch of coats and when I picked them up they had more hair on them than when I dropped them off and it wasnt even my color. To boot, the lady said she really liked my coat. It was when I put it on and found a dollar in the pocket I realized why: she had been wearing it and using it as her own.

We took a prom dress in to see if they could clean it. No problem. Many other cleaners wanted us to sign a waiver or told us it was a one use dress, (disposable!). Well, Carousel did an amazing job. The dress turned out sparkly clean & beautiful. Ill definitely be back again. Thanks so much!!

Ive been brining my work shorts here for a couple years. They are always polite, friendly and do a great job. Never had an instance where my shirts havent been ready when quoted. Have also taken coats, comforters and dresses here. Support local businesses like this one.

I walked in here without ever using them because I needed an iPod arm band stitched back together. They did it for free and in a matter of a few minutes. Won my business for laundry/dry cleaning. Super polite; wouldnt accept money for the stitching.
