I typically would not take the time to write a review, but the service at the cleaners is just that bad. I brought 4 shirts in right before a business trip, where I had to leave Sunday morning. The owner told me to pick up the clothes on that Saturday before at 2pm, and they would be ready. I let her know I would take them elsewhere if there was the slightest chance she couldnt get it done. She said no problem!! I came to pick them up at 2 that Saturday, and they never opened. While I was waiting and hoping for them to open, I googled them for any reviews. Someone else had the same problem. Just bad business, and I had to go buy all new shirts for my trip. When I picked up the shirts after my trip, I let her know I had to buy all new shirts, and her exact words were, "thats you problem". Horrible business!!!

Do not use Liberty Cleaners!!! Save yourself the hassle. I have been waiting 20 days for my cloths since the estimated pick up date. I have called almost every day and dropped by every other day to get my cloths. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I left a not on the door since they do not have a voicemail or email to contact them. I am not the only one waiting. I have consistently come across other people looking for their cloths and people who have added to my sign. This does not include the crazy price of $82:50 for 22 articles of clothing which i only paid to use someone nearby for ease and timing that I needed; which is clearly out the window now. I will update once its been resolved.

These people actually ironed my buttons shut also they are NOT open durring posted hours of business leaving my 2nd and LAST load of dry cleaning unavalible for pick up! I am not one to right reviews! This will be the first! I would NEVER do business with these folks again! If you post that you are open then be open! I run a car dealership in the city and I work 6 days a week and need a dry cleaner to be reliable.

What? I cant label them zero stars? Expensive and clothing is not done when they say. They told us before Friday then we go on Friday and they say Saturday. Then I call on Saturday and they say Sunday which they are closed on Sunday but "will open to have them ready for you" which Im supposed to be grateful. Well, well see how that goes.

Been here twice to drop off a suit, once in the morning and once in the afternoon, and they were not opened either time. No signs starting they are on vacation, just nothing.

Terrible! They lost my cufflinks and then denied it, and told me it was my fault that I didnt find them in a baggie on my hanger. Still havent worn that shirt since.
