My boyfriend has been taking is business suits to Esquire Fabricare for a few years now. He had one issue last year when a custom tailored business suit of his came back to him torn. They repaired the suit free of charge and he continued to take his suit there for cleaning. However, Im not sure if they are under new management, but their customer service seems to be lacking lately. About two weeks I dropped off couch cushions covers to have the stains removed. My boyfriend and I are trying to sell our old couch and no luck due to water stains on the micro suede materal. I mention this to the lady I left the covers with to confirm it would be possible to remove the stains. She informed me that if they (cushions are not cleaned on site) were unable to remove the stains someone would let me know. A week later I picked up the cushion covers. When I got them home and began to put them back on the cushions I noticed the stains were still there. Disappointed I called immediately and spoke with the lady I had just seen. I explained to her that I was informed if the stains could not be removed someone would let me know. I asked if they had experience cleaning microsuede. She was defensive, "We have been in business for 30 years", was her response. "Does that mean youve cleaned a lot of micro suede couch cushion covers?", I replied. Shortly after our conversation, I drove back to show her the stains covers. Less defensive face to face, she told me I could not receive a refund, but suggested I send them back to be cleaned free of charge. Id rather have a refund since it takes a week and Im trying to sell this couch. She said I would have to come back next week to show one of the managers to get a refund. Fine, over the weekend I contacted a two dry cleaners, Paradise Cleaners said its nearly impossible to remove water stains from micro suede and Revolution Cleaners said they had a good spot cleaning system but could not guarantee the stains would be removed. I called Esquire Fabricator today to speak with a manager in hopes for a refund. No luck, no empathy, just disappointment. On top of that, my boyfriend picks up his latest dry cleaning and his brown suit has a stain on the pant leg. This location is convenient to where we live. For the most part, items are returned satisfactory. The occasional mishap is bound to happen. You could find better customer service and upfront disclosure at any of the 10 nearby cleaners.

This business is the epitome of terrible customer service. My girlfriend and I are young business professionals who just moved to Denver after we graduated school. We had not acquired a luxurious wardrobe yet, just had enough nice clothes to get by. So we started going to Esquire because of its location and this is what happened. Came to pick up my clothes (a week after drop off) to hear that my gfs skirt was not ready yet. Ok thats fine. When we get home and look through the clothes we find we have a pair of Jareds pants (before he found Subway) and are missing a pair of our pants. So we return Jareds pants, and they tell us they cannot find the skirt and now the lost pants. Two weeks later we get the skirt, but they lost the pants and say that they never got them. So now Jared is wearing my pants as feet warmers, I havent got an apology, and Im out a pair of Nordstrom pants. Worthless, I wouldnt go back if they were offering free shoulder massages. AVOID THIS CLEANERS EVEN IF IT IS CLOSE TO WHERE YOU LIVE!!!!!

I am normally not someone who goes out of their way to write about a poor customer service experience; I generally move on and take my business elsewhere. However, I feel the need to warn other consumers about the horrible quality of garment care that is provided by this business. They DESTROYED three of by custom dress shirts (not cheap) by repeatedly mashing and pressing the collars in such a way that they are now unwearable. Despite bringing this to their attention, it continued to happen. The staff-member I was speaking with said they "are pretty rough with shirts" and suggested that I take my business elsewhere. I have contacted management and the GM for replacement shirts or any sort of help with costs associated with their poor garment treatment, and they refuse. Please save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. I would rate 0/5 stars if Google gave me the option.

Ive lived here for 10 months, and of course started going here due to convenience.....it is literally right downstairs. i just happened to be checking its hours this morning, and happened to read all of these terrible reviews..i am relieved to see that i am not the only one who thinks this is an absolute joke...rude and terrible customer service...they often miss things. for example, today is the THIRD day i am bringing in a dress with a large gaping hole in the neck...all i want them to do is fix the hole and theyve missed it and had me pay for it twice now. its the worst business of its kind Ive ever seen. I wonder who owns the place?

This is the most expensive dry cleaners in the city, $6 per shirt. There is never any parking usually because the clerk parks her car out front in the loading zone so she can smoke her cigarettes. Now there is a woman named Nancy who had me wait 5 minutes while she sorted clothes for the driver ( while Im double Parked because there is no parking). Best part when I remark that the shirts are expensive ..she says, welp maybe you should go somewhere else. No problem. After reading the reviews its clear this place is a dump. Lets all vote with our dollars! #headedsomewhereelseforever #byenancy #byefelicia

In town for one week for a very important interview. I called to inquire on 24 hour dry cleaning before dropping off my only dress shirt and slacks I had. They said as long as I dropped them off before 9:00 am Id get them back by 5:00. Not only did I not get my clothes by 5:00 pm, but they ended up losing my clothes. After several phone calls, it took them over a month to pay me for the lost items. STAY AWAY!!!!!

There is one lady who works here I believe her name is Nancy. She is absolutely rude, thinks its her job to butt in on youre conversation or personal life and never does her job. I have watched her harass the security in the square several times and say awful things. Why would I take clothes to a company that employs a person such as herself. Absolutely despicable.

This is a poorly run business. Ask for your shirts to be folded, they come back on hangars. Mark spots so that they can see and clean them, the clothes come back dirty. Complain to the staff, you get a shrug. I live across the street from them in RIverfront and have given up on them.
