I had used Paradise Cleaners for a few years. I looked past their high prices on laundering my shirts as they seemed to take good care of them, no broken buttons or shrinkage. I had a wedding to attend in Florida during the summer and I wanted to wear something special. I splurged for a Loro Piana linen button down. I wore it to the wedding and one other time. I went to wear it a third time and when I pulled it out of the bag, there was a scorch mark and rip underneath the right sleeve. I went back to the store to complain since this was such a nice item. They said they would take it to the Loro Piana store and follow up. Two weeks later I am told it was a chemical reaction to my deodorant and they would not reimbursement for the shirt. I told them I had a problem with this for four reasons, first I always wear an undershirt, second, this has never happened to any other shirt, third, I use an all natural deodorant and finally, there is an obvious curved scorch mark along the tear. They wouldnt budge. Ive never been back and do not recommend them as a business. There are better and cheaper alternatives out there.

Very Very expensive. They charge double price for cleaning your clothes. Avoid this place!
