Up until today, I have done business here for the last 7 years. The 2 regular employees were amazing and caring. Today, I returned after a short time away and encountered a woman whom I had only seen once before (unfortunately, my only other poor experience here). I was dropping off 14 shirts to be dry cleaned with medium starch and hung. She told me they would be ready Monday, and asked if Saturday was an option. This request was met with a resounding "NO". I said "excuse me, I am flying out at 6am on Sunday. Again I received a "NO". Of course I responded with "it is only Wednesday?" to which I received a "NO, they dont deliver on Saturday". I am assuming she meant their facility delivering the shirts to them, since it is not an on site cleaner?? I politely said "then I need to take my business elsewhere", to which I finally received a "YES". To her credit, she called me about 10 minutes later to discuss the issue, but I confirmed that I was going elsewhere with my business. Dependable Cleaners in Cherry Creek North completely exceeded my expectations, and my shirts will be ready tomorrow!!

Dont bring your alterations there. Its expensive, low quality and takes forever and the place is impossible to get ahold of by phone!
