They want you to pre-pay for your dry cleaning which is okay with me. One time I came in and I was only $5 short so they said they would rather I pay when I picked up. Today I went and just hadnt had the chance to go to the bank. I asked if they could wait like last time. They didnt even smile at me and just looked at my account it said, sorry we cant do that for you. I think its because last time I didnt pay in advance when it was they who told me to wait. They could have at least been friendly about it.

First off, people only post something on the Internet was somethings wrong... not this guy. I absolutely love this place Ive been using them for years, and there by far the cheapest place in town! Ive taken them $2000.00 suits, winter coats, always the same price. They know me by name, always polite. I recommend this place to my freinds and family. To be fair, if you do take in a button down shirt, take out the "collar stays" because they wont. But all in all a great place. Definitely 5 stars! ! !

DO NOT USE the Continental Cleaners on County Line and University in Highlands Ranch. I took my uniform shirts to them and they stained them with grease. They then claimed that the shirts came in with the grease on them which they did not. Matt the manager is a complete @$$ hole as well as the owner Greg. They would not own up to the fact that they screwed up and would not pay the cost of $75.00 to replace the 3 shirts they ruined.

Customer service was awful. Old Man didnt care even after 2nd time that the redid the item. Said he had been doing things like that for over 20 yrs. And he would not refund my money. Its not the money Im concerned with its that he was rude and do sent deserve bussiness. Wow!!! Good luck

They staplered twice to my clothing numbers that I cant get ride off! On my skirt they used some metalic clipers that left wholes and marks.... Dont go there. In another cleanes I got a good hangers and skirt was not ironed as well as in other places!

They might be cheap, but you get what you pay for. They have ruined several clothing items, and they have broken several buttons which are not replaceable. If you have expensive clothes, I would not go here.

Have been using Continental for years - Very nice staff, the right price and good turn around times. Would recommend
