Immediately when you walk into the store there is a sign that says "Its right. Its ready. Or its free." This statement is also on all of their documents and flyers as well. As I came to find out, this is just a catchy saying, not a statement this company believes in. First, most of the shirts we had dry cleaned were not "right". They always came back with wrinkles from the pressing machine. Second, this is not a fair or well-organized institution. I brought a bag of clothes in to be "pressed only". The instructions were written on the bag, but when I came back to pick them up, they had all been dry cleaned, instead of just pressed and I had been charged the full dry cleaning price. When I informed them of their mistake, I was give a discount on the bill instead of being charged only for pressed clothes (because the clothes were still dry cleaned, and I had to pay for their mistake!!). The third issue I have is their alterations are not "ready" when they say they will be. I had a dress altered for a very important occasion. When I brought the dress in, the incompetent employees didnt know how to measure the dress to be altered, so I had to return to the store twice. To make matters worse, the dress was not ready for the important event I needed it for, and I was late to the event, and to a dinner the night before because I spent so much time at the dry cleaner trying to track down my dress, which was supposed to be ready and waiting for me. Then, to add insult to injury, the dry cleaners tried to charge me for the alterations even though they had made a mistake and caused me to be late to 2 important events. The employees at this institution are unsympathetic and incompetent, which is not totally their fault, because they are under the supervision of a completely unprofessional manager. As a word to the wise, if you are a competent and proficient person, and you like to work with people that are efficient and effective, I would start looking for a different dry cleaner.

. I am writing because the day I moved to Thornton, CO I dropped my dress shirts off. One of my white dress shirts had a grease stain on it. I picked up my shirts the next day and the grease stain was gone. However, when I went to wear it a day later there was a kind of red maroon stain down the sleeve and on the cuff that was not there before I took it to Martinizing. I had them redo it and it was still not there. The second time I asked to redo it a lady said someone must have been blind to not see the stain. The other day I walked in to see if Martinizing got the stain out they caused. The manager had the nerve to accuse me of the red stain down the sleeve. I am sorry, but I have morals and would not try to "con" Martinizing. I am still offended by that comment. So I just pick up the shirt and the stain on the cuff is still there AND I was charged for the cleaning. This is absolutely ridiculous. The shirt cost me $120 and Martinizing ruined it. I need an apology from the manager, plus a refund of the cleaning, and a new shirt. I am sorry, but this is the worst customer service I have received in dry cleaning.

I was a martinizing customer for years. Always thought it was expensive, and customer service sucked bit it was conveniently located by my house so I kept going. I averaged almost $200 per drop off. A few months back they lost my entire bag of clothes (and it was stuffed full because I hadnt dripped off my clothes in over a month). Dropped it in the overnight bin and they say they never saw it. I have still not heard from their owner but thousands of dollars of clothes gone, and I had to purchase all new clothes. They offered no help, and actually accused me of making it up. As a VIP member I was treated like a thief, and thats only when I harassed them enough to actually get a call someone, only to have them treat me poorly and offer no solutions. Still not convinced that they ever even looked for my clothes. Even while I was a loyal customer their service was poor. I would highly recommend that anyone considering going here to consider anywhere else! Its ridiculously expensive and they do not care about their customers or their clothes.

A good dry cleaner. I have a large collection of pretty expensive Harley Davidson mechanics shirts and they come out great every time. I often drop off well over $1000 worth of shirts in a bag, many of which have moderately complex color blocking and they never have had any color bleed over like would happen with standard laundering. I baby these shirts a bit, but no stain has ever been left behind. Not stellar service but good enough, just good looking very clean clothes. I noticed a very tiny iron-in barcode affixed inside of the clothes after starting service over a year ago. I think its tied to the customers account so they cant forget who the rightful owner is.

By far the most PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHEREof ANY dry cleaner I have used. Im a business professional that has a massive amount of dry cleaning and I have used dry cleaners all over this state. I have referred no less than 20 people to this business so far and continue to refer people on a daily basis. I sent my own Mother there and that says a lot to be honest. This is a business that I will most definitely continue to do business with in the future. Customer for Life!!!!!!!

Martinizing Dry Cleaning has a terrible business practice of automated calls every single Sunday night. Even on Christmas! Its to the point of harassment. I call them to ask them to take me off their call list yet every single Sunday I get the annoying phone call telling me to leave my clothes out for pickup. I dont even live in the area anymore! Please fix your stupid system and STOP CALLING ME!

I have to say their customer service is excellent. I needed a very quick turnaround on some clothes due to a trip I was taking. Even though some of their staff was already gone for the day they made it happen. I also like the fact their products are much easier on the environment and safer.

They ruined a sport coat of mine which was brand new. When I picked it up it had streak marks all over the jacket. I took it back and charged me to try to fix it. After it was never fixed I still had to pay for the second cleaning. Horrible customer service.
