I just moved down to Denver and on my first visit here, I was given the worst customer service in my life. I dropped off a tie that was silk and needed to be cleaned. I was never told how much it would cost. I rushed there after work to get the tie and it was $3.50. The sign says they take credit cards. I open my wallet and have $3 cash. The owner says he wont take my credit card because he has to pay .35 in fees to VISA. I offer to give him $1 cash to cover his fees (which I didnt have to offer in the first place) and he said "no, just give me the card." I do and as he is running the card he says to me "its pretty sad you dont even have $3.50 in your wallet." I said excuse me and he repeated it. I will never go here again. To top it of, the stiching was ripped on the back of my tie and it was poorly pressed which I did not notice until I got it home.

For over 7 years I have used Supreme Dry Cleaners on a regular basis. They are always on time with my clothes and items. Theyve dry-cleaned, or laundered, upon my request clothes, blankets, and comforters - even an old heavy-duty sleeping bag. Theyve also handled items for me made of wool, cotton, and synthetics. If Ive ever had problems, or concerns, they have been engaging about it and worked out whatever needed to be worked out. In my experience, they dont over-promise rather make clear whatever risks there might be. And, above all, I think theyve got a fair price compared many of the price-gougers in Denver. If youre a regular traveler, or simply on the go, I would check them out!

I have been getting my clothes dry cleaned for the past 3 years in AZ, moved to CO and gave these guys a shot because they were on the way to work... After trying my clothes on I realized they significantly shrunk 3 expensive pair of jeans. When I brought them into the store they denied shrinking 2 pair, but admitted to shrinking one pair. They told me to return in two weeks because they were going to contact guess jeans to try to get a refund from them. When I returned two weeks later they completely denied shrinking them any of my clothes to begin with (after admitting they had shrunk!!). The inseam was an entire inch shorter!!! Horrible customer service - Poor dry cleaning quality.

They destroyed my girlfriends fuax fur hood on her jacket. When we dropped it off we specifically asked if it would be fine and they said yes. Upon picking it up they had destroyed it and refused to help in anyway. I will save you the time and give you a few quick bullet points: "Yeah I see the hood, but tell me if that isnt a clean jacket" (Me) "How did you clean it?" (Them) "Laundry. Ugghhhh I mean dry clean" "My wife said it was absolutely filthy when it came in. We cleaned it. We did our job." So in conclusion, if you want to have a perfectly cleaned but ruined piece of clothing this is the place for you. Terrible customer service, will not be going back.

They might be friendly, but not when they mess up. I had a pair white pants that had NEVER been washed, always dry-cleaned. I went to pick my pants up, and no HOLA or nothing. Theres a note saying that they couldnt get something out. Thats not a biggie, but the lining was wrinkled from water and torn. I complained in writing and once again, no HOLA or nothing. Up until that point the service had been just okay.

I recently had a flood and the clothes that were on my floor were soaked and quite frankly did not smell too good. I took my clothes here for the "wash and fold" per pound since it is right by my apartment. When i picked up my clothes, it smelled as if there was NO WASH done at all, smelling of mildew. A lot of my items were faded and felt very stiff. Would NEVER go back here.

Supreme Dry Cleaners is the most prompt, cheapest, and best cleaners on Capital Hill. They will do everything possible to accommodate your requests. I have always received my clothing in perfect condition and receive a warm welcome from the staff. Great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Been going to these guys for a few months now, no complaints thus far. Cheapest place Ive found ($2 for a mens dress shirt, even blends, $4 or $5 for pants), do all their cleaning and pressing in-house, and have great customer service. All my clothes have come back clean and well-pressed.

Gus and Carmen run a great local shop. Treat them well and they will treat you well. I have never had a problem with their cleaning, and they make me feel like one of the family. From huge orders (120 vests for a chorus) to a single shirt I have never had a problem.

The best dry cleaner in Denver, by far. Someone had previously recommended another cleaner on Packard, but my clothes kept coming back shiny and threadbare from the harsh chemicals. Supreme Dry Cleaners returns perfectly clean clothing in like-new condition.

With any cleaners, it all depends on experience. I ended up leaving a suit and button down here for 6 months and had no problem picking it up when I realized where by suit was! Have been here a dozen times since with no problems.

I received my clothes back cleaned and pressed but absolutely covered in hair and lint and EVEN FOOD. The owner refused to refund my money and did not offer to clean my clothes. I got my money back from the bank and BBB.
