When I first stepped inside, there was nobody working in front of the place to even hear customers walk in, but they do have a bell but no "ring for service" sign. I ring the bell, wait about 15-20 minutes, then a guy walks out with food on his lip, didnt even look like he tried to make himself look professional. I was trying to get my jacket sewn with new patches and re-sew some old patches that were not STRAIGHT (Ill explain this later). In total, I had 12 patches (took my jacket to another dry cleaners and we both counted) that were new or needed to be re-sewn, but to tell this guy where all these patches need to be took forever for me to explain. Finally we get to the back, took another forever to explain how I want the back to look, and then we get to 2 patches that needed to be straight (if anyone that works there and reads these reviews, this is a straight line (---------------)) so I told him "these patches needs be straight," but he looks at me like I had a dick growing on my forehead. took my Pants to get taken up 2 inches because they were too long.I show up a week later like Im suppose, pay 12.00. Get home and all they did was iron them! I call which he speaks very broken English, he says bring them back. It was miss communication, she thought you wanted to add 2 inches..you mean hem down. I told him they were too long when I dropped them off. So I give them another chance since I already paid. I pick up my pants 4 days later and the Frey was cut off the bottom and sewn...not 2 inches like I asked and it was written on paper but only 1/2 inch was sewn up not the 2 inches I asked for. I was so mad at this point..I decided to do it myself!! They may be good at dry cleaning but NOT alterations
