They discolored my Pendleton wool blanket and then told me that it wasnt their fault and all they would do is refund my $35 for cleaning instead of pay for the ruined blanket ($279)!!!! Mely (the manager) preceeded to tell me that I did this to my blanket- really? How does she know? She didnt even see the blanket when I brought it in. The blanket was perfect except for a spill on the corner edge of the blanket for which the person helping me originally put tape around to note where they needed to spot clean. They obviously dont want to pay for their mistake- Mely said "there is no way we could cause that discoloration- it was there already". Also, the reason I took the blanket in for spot cleaning in the first place was not cleaned. I brought it back in to be cleaned a second time (since they didnt clean it the first time) and they didnt clean it for the 2nd time. They were also going to attempt to fix the discoloration they caused the first time but obviously didnt fix anything. DO NOT go here, unless you want terrible customer service and all of your stuff ruined!

I dont even want to give them 1 star. NEVER EVER take anything to this establishment if you ever want to see it again. My husband and I brought our $450 comforter to be cleaned at the beginning of December. I came to pick it up 3 days after it was supposed to be finished. They didnt have it and offered no assistance to find it. After many calls and searches, Hector informed my husband on December 31 that it had been lost permanently and we needed to fill out a claim form for the item. We did so that same day for our high end item. Knowing the weather the next week would be below zero, I bought a new comforter that same day. Almost a week later, they have found our comforter (although we havent actually seen it yet as its in a different location) and the only reimbursement they will provide is a $50 credit to the store. Why would I ever take anything there again!?!?!??!? Who would?!?!?!? Now Ive paid for the cleaning plus a new comforter. At the very least I am owed what I paid to this horrible establishment.

After numerous attempts at asking them to improve their quality concerning basic things like spot removal, getting lint off of shirts upon return, doing basic laundry and dry cleaning tasks, and getting some dry cleaning software to avoid having to give your name and number every single time I go in there, I am convinced this is a very low quality and poorly run organization that does not give a crap about customer service or improving anything. Additionally the older lady who is European and heavyset who works there at night is completely clueless and does not mark your shirts for spots or seem to care about anything. I would not advise using this place if at all possible! I am just a regular guy with a couple pieces of dry cleaning & laundry per week and I do not work for the competition. Very frustrating?

Though this is not my actual name of worked here for a while. I was wrongly accused of " missing to much work" when I would call in the FOUR days I wasnt going to be there. Two where to take care of my VERY SICK MOTHER and the other two where personal sick days. I was told that I was given the week off to " make my priorities straight". I was very offended especially when they fired one employee I stepped up and worked a week along with helping them get a nother employee. As a full time student it was hard for me to keep up on school and working from 3-6 every night. None of the people on here exaggerate when they say how bad the cleaners is! Peoples cloths go MISSING and are DESTROYED from this place! DO NOT GO HERE

Place is a joke! Took a comforter in for cleaning and i was told a week, called them and said it wasnt finished yet. Waited another week and called said it was done, went to pick it up and when i got it home it wasnt even cleaned! called to ask for a refund was told that I would have a manager call to talk to me, week later go in to get the refund and I need to wait for the manager so call back same day to be told that they dont refund and want to take in again to clean it I told them they didnt clean it the first time. Manager told me we dont not refund. First time using this place last time I will ever use them!

Do not go there! Their customer service is terrible and they do not care about your clothes. I dropped off 2 tops, both of which were ruined by them. In addition, they broke a button on my pants and I am still trying to get those pants back. Its been 6 weeks since they got sent back.
