Customer service is great and service is great! I have to walk a few more blocks to get here, but its so worth it. I wear white, and I confess to wearing some of my white pieces more than once to get the full value of dry cleaning. The first time I took my white suit in, the lovely attendant told me one spot persisted. That little spot was nothing. The amazing thing is that even that one spot was removed in subsequent trips. I must have lived in the white jacket on my vacation to Cancun, and they still managed to get it clean. White is the standard. Other colors just need to smell good. I love this cleaners.

I drop my laundry off about 1-2 times a month for their wash and fold service they provide. They usually only take 2-3days to get my laundry washed folded and back to me. Sometimes it has taken a week, but if I let them know I need it as soon as possible they are able to cut the waiting time down by a few days. I just wish they would put me in their system correctly every time I go in I have to give them my phone number and name like Ive never been there before.

They cleaned the suit, but forgot to reattach the button I gave them to fix for a wedding. I didnt notice until we were in a different state. The button I gave them was also missing. I didnt expect to have to double check their work, and I regret not doing that. The guy who took the order seemed rushed and annoyed. You get what you pay for.

RUDE staff! I came in to get my small change made into quarters. The owner sneered at me and told me to leave. I couldnt finish doing my laundry and had to leave with dripping wet clothes. Last time I ever use their laundromat.

This place is overpriced: $.25 buys 6 minutes or so on the dryers, there are plenty of other places in this area that are cheaper (a quarter buys more time). It was also frustrating that the wifi didnt work.

Terrible customer service and inadequate turn around times. Tried to drop off on a Monday and said it wouldnt be ready til the following Monday. Work longer hours or hire more staff.

I dropped off a wool winter coat for dry cleaning at Impressive Cleaners recently. They were friendly, they did a decent job, and I was able to pick it up the next day.

I go here because its close and quiet. The place could use some cleaning. Washing clothes in a dirty space isnt ideal.
